Maryline is a very welcoming, discreet, responsive, spontaneous host and good advice. A very relaxing week, the cottage is well located and allows you to combine cultural visits, beach and countryside. Recommended!

We had a great weekend with the family. The host is very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. The accommodation is well equipped, whether for cooking or for children, with the charm of the old and a short walk from the waterfront. We'll be happy to go back.

Lovely place, very clean, and very warm

I recently stayed at Vincent's flat in Rouen and was thoroughly impressed. The accommodation strikes that rare perfect balance - tastefully decorated with character features while being clean and modern. The bath tub was a particular highlight - perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Despite being just steps away from excellent restaurants, the location remains wonderfully quiet and tucked away. The flat served as an ideal base for exploring Rouen's historic centre. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic accommodation with all the contemporary comforts in this beautiful city.

We had a great stay with our family. We were there with our three children, aged 8, 6 and almost 2 years. The property offers many opportunities for activities for them, whether indoors or in the garden which is perfectly equipped. The house is full of charm and the views are beautiful. The area is very quiet and yet it is in the immediate vicinity by car to shops. Finally, our welcome was excellent and the house was in pristine condition upon arrival. We highly recommend this rental for anyone who plans to go to the area. It's a haven of peace, very refreshing.

Very nice house , we were able to park the car and do everything on foot , from the city center to the beach and the port . Pierre gave us all the instructions when handing over the keys . The rooms are very large and comfortable, we were 6 adults, 2 teenagers and a baby and it was perfect . We had a lovely weather and were able to have lunch in the garden . The kitchen is small but well laid out and functional. A small tip however, provide earplugs because the stairs are crunchy but that's the charm of the old houses . I recommend it without a problem .
