Beach house holiday rentals in Cap d'Agde

Great stay for the second year in a row. Off season it's very quiet close to the sea and pretty walking areas. The accommodation is very nice and practical.

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

Beautiful maison! 10/10 would recommend. Beds were really comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Nice garden and quiet place .

Great one night stay. Walking distance beach, a plus. Attic room accessed by a steep staircase. Great welcome, coffee tea available, a nice attention! We recommend Murielle's place.

Very quiet and beautiful neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the whole city. There, time goes slow, no rush. Wonderful places for walking, everything you need is under your nose, and for the more fussy, well connected and nearby entertainment and services.

Clean and functional house (even if it would be missing a washing machine), in a quiet area. Amazing pool! Ability to park 2 cars. Well located, large beach of Valras 10 min walk, close to restaurants, bakery, very nice. Amazing, we had a great time!

The place is beautiful, bright. It feels like home. The place is quiet. The bedding was comfortable. Olivier is nice, accommodating on check-in and check-out times. The pluses for us were: the beds made as well as the bath towels included in the rental, the proximity to the shops, the kitchen with all the amenities, the secure exterior for children. I would this property.

Clean and comfortable accommodation, the calm of the subdivision makes the accommodation particularly suitable for a break and relaxation. Gruissan is a pleasant village for a relaxing weekend in the sun.

The accommodation is very nice: clean, new, complete and new amenities, quiet area, 2 min walk from the sea, parking space on the enclosed lot and in front of the house. Welcome in person by the owner who gives all the necessary information. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

I spent three nights in Pierre's out-of-season home. The accommodation is very bright, cozy, well decorated (I really liked the framed illustrations hanging near the TV); in short, very pleasant to live in. The kitchen is well equipped (important for me who likes to be able to cook on vacation). The proximity to the beach is a real plus! As well as the courtyard overlooking the living room. We had our breakfast in the sun in complete tranquility! The information given by Pierre for check-in was clear and accurate.

I had amazing time at Christele’s villa. I would definitely recommend her villa to anyone and for sure would stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Sébastien's. Excellent welcome, kind, helpful and caring. Sébastien is supported by his parents who contribute to a cocooning home and full of nice touches. Very good stay at Anette's. The house is very functional, well-equipped and beautifully decorated. The bedding was of good quality and we slept well. Very easy to find accommodation because someone was waiting for us there and showed us the way.

The best part of this place is proximity to the sea, the outdoor space, and the barbecue. The place is ideally located.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very bright, very pleasant and especially well located, 5 minutes walk or even less from the beach. That's great! We were forced to leave early with a few adventures and the hosts were very understanding and responsive. We recommend it!
