In the heart of the Hatainville dunes listed site, at the gates of Cape Town, 5 mins walk from the beach, duplex and private garden. Cathedral ceiling living room, pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, dining area, fireplace, bathroom, toilet, dressing room, kitchen. Upstairs, an open mezzanine bedroom with sea views. Charming hamlet home

Charming house located in a pedestrian hamlet with parking 50 meters away, self check-in with lockbox, you will be a 10-minute walk from the huge beaches of Carteret, opposite the Anglo-Norman islands ( Jersey, Guernsey...). Close to the village and shops, 5 minutes by car, you will also have a tennis court and 2 tennis courts. The GR223 passes at the end of the trail, for hikes or walks in a protected site. The small dune house is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5 minutes by car - 15 minutes on foot). The unit is in a quiet, pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a pétanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10 minute walk).
