We so enjoyed our stay at Silvia's cozy home in Sydney Mines. The house was impeccably clean and clutter free - allowing space for all our belongings. The decor was truly lovely. The house felt very spacious with many different spaces to spend time indoors. The house was truly charming! The backyard felt so private with lovely flowers and a shaded deck with seating. The house was easy to find and had an easy to access driveway. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches in the house - the kitchen had everything you would want. The entry room with all the hooks and places for shoes was fantastic. I really appreciated all the local information - bird books, beach guides, maps, etc. There was great communication with Silvia. The house was convenient for traveling to museums, historic sites, beaches, and seeing puffins on the Bird Island Boat Tour. We had a wonderful time staying in Silvia's house - she was a fantastic host!

We had a wonderful stay and Sharon was a wonderful host! Her accommodations had everything that we needed to be comfortable. It was clean, quiet and had all the amenities that we looking for plus a lovely view of the water that could be enjoyed while eating breakfast. Sharon was very accommodating, caring, courteous and responsive host. We would definitely consider staying at Sharon's accommodation again the next time we're out that way!

We had a great time at Karri's place! The place is clean and the surroundings are peaceful. It's a great place for a weekend with family.

I travel to Sydney for work and this will be my new go-to spot. I would love to live here. The place is absolutely beautiful - very modern, yet simply chic. Brandon communicates so well and was incredibly accommodating.

This is a great spot! Easy access, they are extremely responsive. The house is sort out of a Halmark movie. We have a dog and there was a great space for us to exercise him far from traffic and distractions. At the same time the house is close to a ton of amenities, beaches and other attractions.

Everything was great. Very clean. A little short on utensils. Would recommended the B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Had a lovely stay here. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen utensils were well stocked and made cooking easy. Would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

The home was a lot more than we expected. The pictures really do not do it justice. Roomy and clean and in an excellent location that is pretty close to everything in Sydney that you might want to do or see.

David is a very friendly and responsive host! Beautiful & cozy unit, plus the homemade baked goods were such a nice surprise! Would definitely stay here again.

Janine & Paul were fantastic hosts. Helpful, understanding and kind with a few issues that came up for us during our trip. The space was large and roomy, uncluttered and tastefully decorated. For a basement apartment, it was light and very quiet. We ate most of our meals a the airbnb and they had a very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed and beyond. Plush towels, extra blankets, Netflix and a Roku tv were provided. We give the place and our host a 10/10 and would definitely stay here again! Thank you Janine & Paul!

We enjoyed our visit in Big Bras D'Or. With your own transport you easily get to many attractions in Cape Breton like the Miners museum in Glace Bay, Alexander Graham Bell museum in Baddeck, the Cabot Trail, and Celtic Colours Festival events. The accomodations were excellent and the hosts very friendly

Lovely place and we felt right at home, had some trouble with getting the key pin lock but I think that was just our own fault, either way he was very responsive when we couldn’t get in and helped instantly . They provided everything we needed and more. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. The cafe downstairs had amazing coffee and it was on the house apon leaving a review since we were just staying upstairs.

Valerie's place was perfect , my guys stayed for a week while working in the area. We have already booked another stay!

Sara's place was spotless clean when we got there. A beautiful view from the deck and windows. She had muffins baked and the coffee ready to go. I will definetly recommend her place to anyone. I am looking forward to staying again in the near future.
