From the peaceful location and tranquil sound of the ocean's waves to the well appointed kitchen and the comfy cozy furniture and beds, Joanie's place was a perfect place to stay while visiting Melbourne Florida for our son's college graduation. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

I tried booking for March but was full, I highly recommend Ashley's place she's a great hostess. Anyone coming here will not be disappointed.

Sherman and Marlene’s place is exactly as described. An oasis of peace and beauty. The Atlantic Ocean and beach is literally off the deck in the back. Great restaurants are all nearby as well as a Publix across the street. Marlene walked us through the place with many helpful hints for our stay. The place is spotless with all the amenities you could desire. Much care was put into this location. The best part is Marlene and Sherman are wonderful people who will make you feel welcome and are always available if you need anything. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. 5 star all the way.

We loved our stay at Sondra’s house! The house matches the pictures plus we were amazed at how well stocked it is. Box fans for each of the rooms, extra blankets, spices for the kitchen, laundry detergent, coolers, sunscreen, etc. The outside is beautiful and we spent a lot of time by the pool as well as the fire pit. Sondra gave us details on the upcoming rocket launches and it was really incredible to watch them from the beach. I would highly recommend staying here! We hope to come back!

This was a perfect place to stay prior to going on a cruise. Close to the port and spacious enough for the 6 of us. The place was very clean!

The place was nice, clean, spacious, the host was flexible, responsive and accommodate all of our needs. Great amenities and a lot of things to do. Ideal location for a large family or group. Checking in was so easy and everyone had a great time during our stay! I would be back and check this place again when we come back to Florida.

This townhouse was absolutely beautiful, and the views and easy walk to the beach can’t be beat! The kitchen had everything we could’ve ever wanted plus some. All the beach gear was provided for us to use, too! If we are ever back in the area, we’d stay here in a heartbeat.

This house is amazing, one of the best we have stayed in, very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture, the kitchen has everything you need. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach Krysty is a very responsive host. We highly recommend this beautiful place!
