Mansion holiday rentals in Cape Cod

We loved the house — lots of space for us to stretch out. The beds were comfy and it was quiet sleeping. The hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed watching some of the March Madness games and playing cards at the large kitchen island. Really fun long weekend!

Excellent lake front location with great views, great kitchen with all the equipment needed, spacious bedrooms plus Ben is a great host.

We absolutely loved our stay at Rachel’s! We kept saying “this place has everything”. It was a wonderful home for a multi generation holiday hang. From a 7 month old to great grand parents. The main floor was easily accessible for family member with a disability. We felt right at home with our 7 month old, the home had a pack n play - all set up with fresh sheets, baby bath tub, high chair, bath toys, monitor, etc. The basement was perfect for the teenagers to hangout and have their space. The backyard was peaceful and extended the hang area. Rachel was incredibly friendly and responsive.

Vlad’s home was a wonderful place to stay with many people! Really appreciated all the decor and attention to detail. My friends and I stayed for a wedding, and we were so glad all communication was smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Nice private house with lots of bedrooms, a pool and nice grounds. House was very clean. We had a great time with our family. Can walk to a few places in town, but need to get into the car for most. The Dennis beaches were great and just a short drive away. Would recommend this place for families. The house has access to Scargo Lake, which is nice, but it is a bit of a hike down a good-sized hill. Host was nice and responsive to questions.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It had everything we needed from a well equipped kitchen to very comfortable rooms with king beds, to great seating areas. The deck and yard are also lovely! We would love to return again in future.

Ciel's home was pristine, with new furnishings and included many thoughtful touches to make our stay very comfortable - from complimentary pet supplies, laundry pods and coffee to beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Ciel was very responsive and gracious, sharing local recommendations that were excellent and making sure all of our questions were answered. Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful time.

The property is very clean and comfortable. I hope we can go back when the weather is warmer.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay ! Everything was amazing ,we had one minor issue that was taken care of very quickly! The hosts were responsive and very helpful. This was our second stay and we would love to stay again in the future . Thank you for hosting us , we all had an awesome time …the backyard was a favorite for some s’mores and badminton fun 😂😊😊😊 Definitely was very peaceful and felt like home , see you next time !!

This house was nice! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. The location is great and peaceful as well. I loved sitting in the chairs on the dock and having a fire in the fire pit. Definitely recommend this house!

Location, location, location! Our tennis team was in need of a space that could comfortably house us, offer flexible sleeping options, and provide convenient access to the tennis facility where our tournament was held. This house met/exceeded all of these needs. We were within 5 minutes of the tennis facility which allowed us the convenience of coming and going without worrying about being late. We also loved having abundant space to spread out as well as having large communal spaces like the living room and dining room when we all wanted to be together. Chen was also very responsive to our questions/requests as they arose. Overall, this was the perfect place for us! The only feedback I would suggest for improvement is for the skylights to have shades. Two bedrooms have skylights and those of us sleeping in these rooms were awake as soon as the sun rose (too early) and had a hard time battling the sun. We loved our stay at Jo-Ann’s. It was very spacious and fit all of us perfectly.

We were a family of 5 including 2 adult daughters and one grandson,my husband and I. This house worked well for us! I loved the cozy living room where we could all hang out. There was a nice deck and grill so we ate several meals outside overlooking the beautiful yard, breathing the fresh ocean air. We loved the location on a quiet side street! The Cape Cod National Park beaches were an easy drive away. We enjoyed walking around in Provincetown,relaxing on beautiful head of the Meadow Beach, and walking at the special Wellfleet Audubon Park. We could easily cook in the kitchen and finally, the bed was extremely comfortable! We discovered that Eastham is a perfect town to stay in!

Sue’s place was great for my family and dog. The 2 apartments give a nice separation when staying with a group. Very clean and comfortable. We paid the extra fee to not worry about linens and felt It was worth it. It is on a busy road and you can definitely hear the traffic when the windows are open as the house is pretty close to the road but it wasn’t an issue for sleeping. Location is great for many restaurants and beaches. 20-25 minutes to Hyannis or Chatham

This home is a gem. Clean and spacious for family and friends. The pool and hot tub make the entire property a private oasis. The location is perfect. A quiet neighborhood that is walkable to downtown Chatham. The host was equally fantastic: Very responsive via email and text for the few questions we had pre & post arrival. There are very clear, written instructions for everything in the house, pool & hot tub. We had a fantastic family vacation and would like to return!

Chris is always a great host. He communicates. Is considerate of our soccer schedule and accommodations. He even wishes our boys good luck at their soccer tournament! He is understanding and a great host. We really enjoy staying here. I highly recommend staying here. He’s a great host.

I had such a peaceful stay at Tony’s House. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The view was beautiful, and I loved sipping my morning coffee on the patio. Highly recommend for anyone!!

it is a nice comfy house esp for a family. Swimming pool and game room down in the basement would be alot of fun for kids to keep them busy at day time and night time. Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc are all right there esp. only like less than 5 to 15 minutes drive and also less than 25 minutes drive to go to north Falmouth or Wood Hole. They have a nice downtown with many stores, restaurants, bowling ally, etc which that is only less than 15 minutes drive from the house Also taking a walk from the house to the beach is so beautiful esp morning time. i walked every morning, and love every bit of the walk. It rained once during our vacation week and rest were sunny days for the rest of the week. We were lucky to have the good weather. Anyway, the house is approximately about less than a mile and half from the beach. Driving to Chetham is about little a hour drive from the house. To Provincetown, about 1 hour and 45 minutes drive.

Had a great family vacation for my sisters wedding. House was perfect for our toddlers with kids room in basement. Stunning home and amenities, the perfect Cape Cod vacation home!

The house was clean and comfortable. I loved the coffee bar:) my kids loved the pool and hot tub. And it was especially great to be able to bring my dog! We will definitely rent again.

A couple of suggestions: 1) label all remotes 2) downstairs internet cuts off during movies 3) instructions on how to unlock the thermostat to lower the temperature
