Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cape Coral

The home is even more beautiful in person and was very clean. I loved the modern appliances and spacious interior. The master bedroom bathroom was beautifully designed. Check-in was easy and Pablo was very friendly and responsive. The pool was surprisingly warm which was perfect for my siblings. The home was equipped with every household item you could possibly need which was super convenient. The Christmas tree was also a very nice touch and gave the home an even homier feeling. My younger siblings and I felt right at home and we really enjoyed our stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was very clean and well stocked with top-notch kitchen supplies. The pool was great. The location is the perfect amount of quiet with enough stores/activities close by. The owners were very quick to respond when we had a question. Can’t say enough great things about it. We will definitely be back.

The view of the property is beautiful, house was extremely clean and Carlos was a super nice host.

Ryan's home is simply beautiful! It looks like a Model Home when you step into it. There was nothing lacking inside and the home was spotless. We enjoyed sitting at the pool and watching the wildlife in the canal (turtles, otters, birds, etc). I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this beautiful home!

The communication from the very beginning was amazing. They were very responsive and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The location is private and peaceful and my mom and I felt safe and worry free during our stay. The apartment was very clean and beautiful! You can tell they paid attention to detail from the beautiful decor and furniture to the bathrooms where they included the necessary toiletries you may need in case you forgot something. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband, 3 Y.O. & I spent the weekend. This is a comfty, cozy one bedroom bungalow with a nice courtyard with sitting area & a grill. Everything is brand new! Comfortable bed & fluffy white towels. Nice decor. Dollar tree, Walmart, Dunkin’ Donuts, pizza is all nearby. Scot & Paula made some great recommendations & respond very quickly. Parking is right out front/in the back. Jungle bird tiki bar & restaurant is right next door & has a walk up bar and does live music every night at 7pm until closing-10pm. We got some great bbq wings. Yacht club public beach is a 6 minute drive away & has a tiki bar and grill restaurant on the water. We brought 2 beach chairs that were in the unit & caught a beautiful sunset/put our feet in the water. Fort Myers beach was a 40 minute drive on Saturday, parking was $8 for 3 hours. We caught a lovely sunset there also & people watched as it is more touristy. Scot and Paula were excellent host! Nice time!

My family and I had a great stay at Kamila's condo. It matched the online profile completely, had lots of helpful features, and was spotlessly clean. A few issues arose, but seemed to stem mainly from the condo being a recent addition to Airbnb, the owner still learning how guests interact with the property. Kamila was an excellent host who responded quickly to communications and took prompt action to resolve problems. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It had all the comforts of home plus nice gym, pool and walking path. Location was very close to all things Fort Myers and Bonita.

We stayed at Andy's place for the long weekend. It's a cozy spot with everything you need for a short stay. We appreciated the functional kitchen as we could make coffee and breakfast as well as store drinks and snacks in the fridge as we were out most of the day. Andy was attentive to our questions and checking in/out was easy. If you are looking for a clean and convenient location, I recommend Andy's place.

Excellent housing and internet. Not only that, but the kitchen was lovely. The only issue is that it is very difficult to get an uber, and there is not many activities outside of the house. The neighbors were lovely and offered a kayak trip.

This place was great! Very clean and beautifully remodeled! Everything was within walking distance, and the back patio was very relaxing to sit and watch the water. Definitely worth the price and the stay!

Beautiful home. Only complaint if it even is one is that we had to go out and buy paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and a beach ball. Haha. Great host though. We had a great time with lasting memories. Thank you for sharing your home!!!

We worked remotely for the month and the home was very nice. We liked the location, plenty of grocery and restaurants near by. Carissa was extremely responsive and very helpful. We had a few minor items when we first checked in and she was very responsive. She checked in on us 1/2 way through our stay to see if anything was needed. Great host!!!

Had an awesome weekend in Tom’s place. Loved that there were plenty of towels for the shower as well as the pool. Place was clean and well maintained. The area is super quiet and feels very safe. Loved everything about it and would def go back!

So comfortable for our group! Husband’s team was playing in a baseball tournament in Ft. Myers. Easy to get back and forth and a great place to work remote and spread out for 5 men.

We travel to Florida almost every year to visit family and this has been the best house we have stayed at. It was a comfortable stay for 3 couples and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equiped and the living/dining room have plenty of comfortable places to sit. The outside lanai area is the highlight with the pool, spa, games, grill, tv and sitting area. We really enjoyed the pool table and spa, it was great to have some fun things to do together. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy a cookout with the awesome grill space. The host was very easy to work with and responsive from the day we booked and through our whole stay. I have nothing but good things to say about this one. We highly recommend this place and would like to stay again during our next visit to Cape Coral.

The Punta Gorda Villa was beautiful, there was plenty of room for our party of 14. Pavel was very responsive to questions I had, even on Christmas Eve when Amazon decided to deliver a package for us early. At some point he was able to bring our package in so when we arrived it was in the house. It was nice to come and relax at a home after our boys’ baseball tournament instead of a hotel room. If we are ever in the area again we would definitely rent this beautiful home.
