Susan was very responsive & inviting. The location was perfect for our needs! We had an outstanding dinner at a local restaurant, School & Company! I highly recommend this location.

Had such a great stay in this loft this past weekend! We had a cozy and relaxing time. Tori and Tanner were very hospitable and kept us up to date on all the information we needed for our stay. Despite the snowstorm, we were kept updated with what we needed to do if there were any issues with our parking. Additionally, our hosts were even kind enough to clean off our car in the morning of the snowstorm (without being asked). Great weekend!

Clean place, responsive host, and easy to get around the city. The listing is exactly as shown and on the top of the building - just to keep in mind. The kitchen was well stocked and the nook area for the couch is adjacent. Not tons of space outside of the bedrooms. it was a bit warmer when we were here and the bedrooms did get warm as the AC unit is only in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Nate's place. It has an authentic and lived-in feeling (unlike some places with that sterile Ikea-Airbnb-kit feeling). It feels like a real home with warmth and character. The beds are comfortable, and there's an excellent couch for watching TV, reading, or lounging. The kitchen has everything you need. It's in a more residential part of Portland, but it's close to everything great in Portland. The location was excellent for us because we had a family member in nearby Mercy Hospital, just five minutes away. Nate's place provided a comfortable place to decompress. Nate was very responsive and just excellent. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Enjoy!

This place was immaculate. Squeaky clean. Super comfortable. Everything we needed. It was easy to find, Kate was so kind and the space felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back. The beach is very close, and it’s a very peaceful setting.

Amazing experience in a quiet environment. So resourceful and peaceful atmosphere. Bryan was ultra reactive and available. Attentive to make our stay a preferred place where I feel like at home Thank you again Bryan!

I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Portland! The apartment was adorable, very clean and in a perfect location. Alex had an entire list of recommendations that we found very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house! Lots of space and had everything you need for your visit. The community pool was great too. Very close to Portland and easy to get to other areas of Maine from the location. Jason was a great host and very responsive and helpful! Only minor complaint was mattresses upstairs were a little on the firm side but other than that the house was great!

Kathy’s place was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. We were very comfortable there and had everything we needed! Kathy was quick to respond to any question I had. There was a bunch of snow on the ground while we were there so we didn’t explore the property, but the grounds were so pretty

This was a lovely place and stay. It was beautifully furnished, comfortable, with terrific design. We felt so at home, partly because there were supplies such as extra blankets, coffee, and tissues. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

Lovely place to stay for a beach vacation, and unusually well-equipped with everything you need for the beach - towels, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella. Would for sure stay there again! The hosts are close by and super-responsive.

This was absolutely the perfect spot to spend a cozy New Year's visit. The views all around are breathtaking and the house is set far back from the road and very quiet. And the house was absolutely pristine. If you are like me and are picky about your bedding I can assure you that you won't be disappointed! The mattresses and pillows were super comfy and the sheets were lovely! You will rest so well! Also - if you have the opportunity, definitely visit Reid State park. It's about 25 minutes away and absolutely worth the trip.

I have stayed at many Airbnb and Jennifer’s by far was the cleanest one ever! Highly recommend her place if you’re staying in Portland close to all great restaurants and sites to see! Also place is stocked with all the essential plus more so pack light!

Suraiya's rental was as we expected and more. We needed a place to bring our family together for the holidays. I have an 82 yr old mother who cannot navigate stairs very easily. This rental not only had two large bedrooms with separate bathrooms upstairs but a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor which was perfect for my mother. Suraiya was quick and easy to communicate with. To give you a wonderful example, I hoped that the home might be decorated for the holidays and I reached out to Suraiya to see what the possibilities were. She replied quickly and was more than happy to add some decorations to the inside of the rental. That little touch meant a lot to my family who left their homes to come out to a family Christmas far from where they live. The rental as a whole was a perfect spot for us. Warm, comfortable...it felt like a home away from home. I would rent it again in the future.

Marko was outstanding with responses and caring about our stay. The location is perfect.. walking distance to everything! And the VIEW was more beautiful than the photos!

This has to be the best air bnb I have ever stayed at! The place was very neat, clean, organized. Plenty of towels, blankets, and had every amenity you could ask for! It was decorated for Christmas which really brought a great vibe! Would 10/10 recommend!

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

We had a great weeklong stay with 2 young kids over February vacation. The condo was perfect - comfortable, well-appointed, close to the mountain, and plenty of space to relax and play. Allee is an excellent host - she was very responsive and reached out proactively with helpful information. We loved our stay and plan to return.

Lovely, clean apartment with a terrific location! We highly recommend and hope to return soon--maybe even for Pumpkinfest again next year. Thank you especially for the extra blankets, that was such a kind gesture.

We’ve stayed at Dave’s condo a couple of times now. Each time we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is in such a wonderful location in South Portland and Dave is very communicative and friendly with anything we may need. Definitely recommend a stay if you’re looking to check out the Portland area and enjoy some beach time while you’re at it!

Absolutely beautiful! Literally the best balcony with the best view. Massive condo is a plus.
