New, quiet, private, and spotless. Only sorry I was not there in warm weather to try out the pool! Great stay!

If you’re looking for a unique place to stay in Latta, this is the place. It has a wonderful layout with lots of wonderful antiques. It’s big enough for two couples to stay and have their own bedroom and bathroom. It’s easy to get to local wedding venues.

I totally enjoyed my stay there. Unfortunately I wasn’t there for pleasure and relaxation trip. It was last min and Brandon was a lot of help. Quick response and even called me to make sure I had no problems with getting in. I will use him again but hopefully I get to stay longer and really enjoy it. It was a beautiful place. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay it was definitely a time to remember, The dogs were very friendly and so we're the chickens, the kids especially had fun rubbing and petting Luna . We will be back soon.

As a repeat customer, I had an emergent situation arise to find a place to stay at the last minute. The host was able to get me setup within 24 hours to help me out of a bind. Was impressed with the courtesy and quick response. Place was clean and quiet. Extremely fair on price and my guests were satisfied as well with the place. We had a lovely time spending the holiday in Fayetteville. I wish there was a Christmas tree at the house, but aside from that, the place was great! There was a park close by and the kids really enjoyed playing basketball there. We met a lot of the neighborhood kids and that was a great treat for the littles.

Cristina was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, had linens and a stocked kitchen but no dishwasher. My only complaint would be the location. It's located on a 4 lane highway and easy to miss. However it was close to everything we needed

We absolutely loved staying in Brandon’s rental! Everything was perfect! The decor was cool, free of clutter, clean and chic. The location was fabulous and Brandon was an absolute delight to deal with. We were very happy with everything and look forward to coming back!

We took my daughter and some friends for her 16th Birthday. They loved the house. It was so spacious and very clean. They loved the room with the 2 sets of bunk beds.

This beautiful art filled home is perfect to just get away from it all. When you walk inside your met with a calming ambiance. It just feels like home and the art, as well as the selections of artsy things to do in the home are extraordinary. I can't say enough nice things about Renato either. Perfect host, and so quick to reply to messages. I never had to call him because he responded within minutes to any message I sent him. If you're coming to Wilmington and want a home away from home in a central location check this place out.

We had a great time at Suzanne's place for my mom's 70th birthday getaway. Wrightsville is a favorite of ours and being right on the ocean was fantastic! Plenty of room for the four of us and the balcony was perfection!

For me, the view says it all! Even when the weather was unpredictable (5 inches of snow! What a unique experience for Myrtle Beach!), the great ocean view from the condo made it relaxing. Todd is one great host! Very responsive and proactive letting me know that the condo was ready early. My month stay was all that I could hope for, and will hopefully be back again during off season. We had a wonderful weekend in Wilmington, and this home was in the perfect spot! Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. It was in a beautiful historic neighborhood of large homes and mansions, but it is only about a block from the business district. It's easy to grab a morning coffee or an evening meal.

Jamie’s & Scott’s place was, a great pick to stay at with a amazing view of the ocean.

Such a great place! Very clean and exactly like the pictures! A great place to spend a beach vacation! The beach is so close! There were lots of things to do nearby, and the boardwalk is also a close drive! Loved staying here!
