This place felt right at home. Very well decorated, super clean and peaceful. My wife, kids and I absolutely loved it. Especially me who was raised around this neighborhood. It was nice coming back home and being able to be closed to family. Nashelie was an amazing host. I would definitely stay here again. Location it's super convenient.

It's a beautiful place. Comfortable and with access to a spectacular bay. This is the second time that we've stayed and it will not be the last.

It was as per description, I had a family of 5 and it was very comfortable. Parking is a little tight if you have a “big” car ( we rent a minivan) but he gives you options to park in another place. Clear instructions about hot water, as I have small kids and I was pending for them not to get burn.

David’s place was worth every penny. He was very easy to communicate with and helpful. The house was beautiful and we had so much space. I was very impressed with the welcome packet provided to us, it was the perfect place to spend a weekend away from home and súper conveniently located to the marina and local restaurants. I loved this place!! My favorite place to stay at thus far especially because of the vibe. It was exactly what we were looking for. It was a private, beautiful place to stay in but definitely a place that you might want to rent a car for just because it’s farther than walking distance from the downtown area. Take into consideration that the hot tub needs quite a bit of time to warm up! Thank you so much! The place was exactly as shown and very welcoming.

Will definitely rent again

The villa was well-maintained and spotless. The white ceramic tile floors made everything look clean and bright, and the space was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The villa was well-stocked with everything we needed—plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, garbage bags, and a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts also provided thoughtful extras like bottled water and snacks, which were much appreciated. There were even golf clubs available for use at the nearby driving range, and having cable TV was a nice bonus for relaxing at the end of the day. The grounds were tidy and well-kept, and overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay. The owners were incredibly hospitable and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed.

The place is super close to the beach and beautiful. Fully equipped with everything you might need!
