Clean and new. High end finishes. VERY spacious. Easy parking. Super comfy beds. I noticed in other reviews that some mentioned repeat visits here, or extended stays. After being in the unit I can see why extended stays would be great there. The deck is large. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely go back.

Randy’s place was great! The place was clean and comfortable. Off street parking is hard to find in Seattle so that was awesome! There were great restaurants within walking distance that were recommended in the guide that Randy had. We went to Union Saloon and it was fantastic! There’s tons to do just a short drive away as well. Highly recommend Sea Wolf Bakery and Stone Way Cafe that are also just a short walk away. Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Seattle!

Our stay was amazing. It was incredibly close to Climate Pledge Arena, the Space Needle, and beautiful museums. The host was incredibly responsive. And helped out however we needed. When we come back to Seattle, we’ll stay here again!

Very clean simple apartment. Had all the amenities seen in the listing page. Photos were accurate. Was impressed that Host was able to fit an upright washer and dryer in such a small bathroom. Both units worked very well. Was told by Jeffery bathroom is to be renovated/expanded in the near future. Two units facing the street are being renovated right now. Our unit was to the back and very quiet and private, overlooking the backyard with the Airport area in the distance. 3-4 min drive from the Airport Rental car location. Very convenient. Neighborhood quiet. Supermarket and restaurants just a short ride away. Jeffery is a good communicator providing very clear instructions along with images. He and his wife ensured that the kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Lots of comfortable linen for bedroom, and bathroom had good quality toiletries. Will stay again if in Seattle.

This was a great urban apartment with a price extremely competitive to that of nearby hotel rooms that are half the size. It felt like we had our own little condo in the city. It is technically a studio apartment with an adjacent bathroom. Shower was great, living space was cozy and plenty of adjustable lighting throughout. Windows open to let in the breeze and hold in heat well when closed. Outside noise was not bothersome or noticeable whatsoever, except for occasionally hearing another tenant in the building above or below you walking, etc. Host was responsive and flexible and allowed us to check in early and check out late, with great recommendations for nearby parking. We would stay here again!

Diana and Bill were incredible! Their place is so cute, cozy, and the perfect location in the Seattle area. We stayed for 4 nights and did not want to leave. My bf and I absolutely fell in love with their cats Archer & Loki. One of the evenings we sat outside with the cats & chickens with Diana & Bill and they are a gem of humans. We love them and could talk to them for hours! The place was so clean & had everything you could possibly need and want. Such a nice touch to have fresh eggs that were amazing btw! We will most definitely be back to stay with them on our next trip to the Seattle area. Thank you Diana and Bill for making us feel right at home!

We had a great weekend stay at Sarah's place. It is in a great location, easy to walk to capitol hill and access public transportation for the greater Seattle area. We went to a Kraken game and walked down to the light rail station, super easy! Sarah was very helpful and quick with responses. I even left an item and she mailed it back to me!

Heather’s space was perfect for a weekend getaway to Seattle with our dog. We often have to sacrifice comfort and style for the convenience of a pet-friendly place, but Heather’s place had all 3 and more. It was well appointed and well decorated with everything we needed away from home, including a very comfortable couch and bed, and a beautiful bathroom, and a well stocked kitchen. We loved all the books and local recommendations. Most importantly, our pup felt very comfortable and right at home. We are so glad to have stayed here and can’t wait to return!

More than a place with everything you could need being away on a trip, the energy makes you feel like you’re staying at a dear relatives home, but without seeing them. It’s what an air b n b should be…one person with one space that they really take care of and want to share with people. Ps the coffee machine is my favorite… and the maps and the heat lamp in the bathroom, and the bathroom counter space, and the creative kitchenette, easy parking… it was just a great little place to stay as ll around!

We enjoyed our visit. Vince has a really cozy and quiet house. Very comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bath. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the home’s proximity to the beautiful park just minutes away. Our dogs really loved it too!

Scott has a lovely place and was incredibly accommodating! I would definitely recommend. The old globe is cool!

Very easy instructions to follow for check in, the place was clean when I got there, and it was a nice distance between downtown and the airport! Perfect for the few days I was there!

Great location in Ballard. Hosts were very responsive. The place is very spacious and comfortable. The stairs to the unit are steep, so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone who is unsteady. Overall great stay!

We needed Katya’s place on very short Notice because of a family emergency. She responded immediately and ensured the place was ready, welcoming and comfortable for us. Everything went smoothly. The bed and fold out were both very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the neighborhood beautiful. This place was just what we needed during a very difficult time.

Absolutely beautiful view. The pictures don’t do it justice. Jeremy was a great communicator, space was a little bit smaller than we thought but overall it was a great experience.

Great spot for a great price , located within walking distance of climate pledge arena which was great. Also pretty close to the water , good views, and lots of bars / restaurants in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

Spacious apartment with great amenities and a convenient location, we were able to walk to 90% of the places we wanted to go.

this place was amazing! super easy to find and right down from the light rail. pikes place is just steps away which was amazing to be able to explore the first day we got there. all other sites where walkable with a 20ish minute walk. space was beautiful and exactly what it was pictured. inside was clean and private. there was road noise but to be expected in the city and there were ear plugs offered. honestly I didn't mind it and slept like a rock. didn't hear other tenants while in building. also the front desk guys were great when I forgot my key for and also great help with directions. Will for sure book with Olga when visiting again!

Perfect Getaway Spot – Highly Recommend! Kevin’s Airbnb was everything we could’ve asked for and more! The space was perfect for our group of four, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy our trip. The hot tub was an absolute highlight—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchenette had everything we needed to whip up meals, and Kevin went above and beyond by offering additional kitchen tools if we needed them (super thoughtful!). While it’s not a full kitchen, it worked out great for our 3-4 day getaway. The location was incredible—quiet yet central, and even walkable to local restaurants! Lime bikes and scooters were everywhere, making getting around even easier. Kevin was a rockstar host, super responsive and always helpful with any random questions we had. The space itself is gorgeous, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing trip. We’ll absolutely be back! Thank you, Kevin, for an amazing stay!

Such a sweet space, so comfortable! Beautifully decorated, felt like home, was in the area for a work conference and it was absolutely perfect. Hands down will stay here again! Clean, perfect and quiet.

Sarah’s place is amazing. The big windows with a view, high end amenities, well stocked kitchen, sauna, tasteful decor all add up to a luxury stay. Having a great neighborhood coffee shop a few doors away was an added bonus. We would love to stay here again!
