We had our family reunion in Alessio's place. He was proactive during check-in process and very responsive during our stay. The place is very central. Alessio provided a beautiful guide about things to do at house and outside such as restaurants, places to see. We enjoyed out stay a lot.

I stayed a weekend at this beautiful place very close to the station. Ivana is an impeccable host, she immediately welcomed us warmly. The house turned out to be cozy, very clean and quiet. Complete with every need. Thanks for everything and see you soon!

Angelo‘s flat is nicely located across the river in the less touristy part of the town. It was quiet with a supermarket and great bakery close by. At a 5-10 min walking distance you can find great restaurants and cocktail bars. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. The communication with Angelo was easy at all times. Definitely recommend!

I was nervous booking an Airbnb for the very first time, however, the host and her father did a great job, making us feel right at home in a new city. They were friendly, responsive, and the place was just beautiful and right in the middle of the city. I can’t wait to book here again when I come back to visit Florence. ☺️✨

Great place with a magnificent view, quiet in the heights. The pool is very pleasant during the day and the bar / restaurant offers a good value for money with a great kindness from the hosts! I recommend it.

During the pandemic, I started following a FB group called view from my window. I loved seeing the views from around the world and the positive, encouraging posts. I began to see beautiful posts from Tuscany along with poetic descriptions posted by Elena. I learned she was an air bnb host. We were fortunate to stay at her air bnb, and she was the most delightful host. This truly is a special place. Elena goes above and beyond to communicate and help you make the most of your stay. Take advantage of all the advice and recommendations Elena has to offer, you won't be disappointed. That being said, allow some time to enjoy this beautiful place and soak it all in. Peccioli is a wonderful little town, with great places to eat, gelato and bread just steps away. There is an abundance of public art to wander around and enjoy. Practical tips-grocery store and laundry convenient. You do have to access the space via stairs. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay for a family. The bedrooms are large. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with two twins and a small roll out. The master has one bed. The second floor has a bathroom with a bathtub. The first floor has a bathroom with shower, Livingroom, and kitchen. The kitchen is nice with a good fridge and 4 burner stove. Microwave, water boiler pot and toaster. We had one issue with the temprature of the house, Sylvia was super responsive and came to fix it right away. From a location perspective. from the house to the Duomo is a total of about 30 minutes. If you are not a fast walker its a solid 10 minute to the train. If you are a fast walker, you can shave 3-4 minutes off. If you are looking for something that is a bit out of the city with a local flavor but still close to get to everything.

Elisa was always in communication with me, we wanted to be away from the city but still a 25 min drive to it. You have everything you need to cook a meal and a terrace when the weather is nice. 👍🏻

We absolutely loved our stay here! The villa was beautiful and tucked away in the countryside but still close to different areas in Tuscany and just a 45 min drive to downtown Florence. Antonio’s place was stunning - so peaceful and the most beautiful views. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

We were lucky to stay 4 nights here and absolutely loved it! Pietro & Marzia are so kind and helpful and were fantastic hosts. The location was amazing - opposite the river, an easy walk to the train station to take day trips and everything else that you could want to do is nearby. Would 100% recommend staying here if you're coming to Pisa it's a gem of a place and if we come back will will definitely be staying here!

I had a great time at this place. Literally close to Duomo and everything else within 10 minute radius. The place is clean and well-maintained. If I come back to Florence, this will be the place that I will stay again.

We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the reasons our family was able to fully enjoy Florence was choosing this accommodation. It is conveniently located near the train station, within walking distance of most tourist attractions, and surrounded by many great restaurants, allowing us to relax comfortably at the end of each day. On top of that, the beautifully decorated interior prepared by the host and the various amenities provided made our 5-day stay perfect in every way. Although there are many stairs, the host was very helpful during check-in, so it wasn’t an issue. The breathtaking view of Florence’s sunset from the top floor made climbing all those stairs absolutely worth it. One of my children mentioned wanting to live in a place like this, which shows just how satisfied we were with the accommodation.
