The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

Emilio country house is synonymous with serenity and peace. Immersed in the beautiful Reggiane valleys, you can enjoy priceless peace while being close to the towns. The house is equipped with every comfort as Romina has the art of hospitality: cleanliness, order and comfort. You can park your car inside the property as well as use the outdoor area. If you have to work, the Wi-Fi line is great and takes it throughout the house. Surely it will be my “Emilian house”.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) in Pietrasanta for two weeks. We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is beautiful and has a great garden with terrace. It was clean and there was everything you could ever need. Only the way to the beach and into town was a little longer than we thought. But it was still doable with the bikes. Frederico is a very nice host. He was always available, kind and helpful. Checking in and out was very straightforward. All in all, we had a great time here and can definitely recommend the cottage. Charming small typical home and in its own juice. Matteo was very helpful and welcoming for our quick visit to the area (one night). We were also happy to find a garage that can accommodate 2 cars in this pedestrian area.

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, together with the sweet little dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located on a hill in Balbano, thus ensuring excellent silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still being renovated so it is a nice house, but with some small details still missing. Overall a good experience.

Typical Italian House, very large with large bedrooms and equally large toilets. Being a typical Italian house, old though with good structure, it remembers those very large mansions... decor is felt in another time! Quiet place. Host is 5 stars, always responds promptly with solutions. The possibility to hire Lunch or Dinner service for some special event, in my case, a birthday that was a magical evening, with typical Tuscan dinner very well prepared, decorated, tasty with live music (jazz).

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.
