We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. Little and cosy apartment in the city center of Madrid. There is also a terrace to enjoy fresh air and sunny days. We love animals. Your pets deserve vacation too! Excellent local transport: Metro stop, Bus stops and Train around the corner Accessible using few stairs, located in only one level below ground. Plenty of light and surrounded by backyards.
