We had an amazing stay! The house is even more beautiful and comfortable than in the pictures, with well-kept environments and a cozy decoration. The air-conditioning was essential for the heat of Ubatuba, ensuring super pleasant nights. The utensils were impeccably clean and organized, making our experience much easier. In addition, the leisure area is wonderful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying special moments. A point of attention is the address. The name ‘Villa de Capri’ and the address‘ Rua Machado de Assis, 795 ’were instrumental in locating the site, as we had some initial difficulties. Overall, the stay was perfect! We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

As always the stay at Fernanda's AP is always pleasurable, we feel at home. It's already our 4 times, but the first time I rent it through my profile.

Rodrigo was always attentive, answered our questions promptly. When we need an umbrella, the caretaker Raí did his best and lent us a parasol, which served us ksksksks. The apartment is beautiful, tidy and clean. Well located, it is very close to the beach and market. Nice and cozy beach, even in the high season.

The stay was wonderful! The house is complete and close to the beach of Tabatinga, within walking distance. The only difficulty is the very bumpy street, but just go slowly that it's all right! We love staying there and we will definitely come back more often !

We had a great stadia in Marcos' apartment. I always request and respond quickly. The place is exactly as in the pictures and it was clean, we enjoyed well. Marcos gave us all the support and was very flexible. I recommend it to everyone and we'll be back again for sure! We love it!

Stays are great and match the ad. Everything is very organized and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen for the stay. The hostess is very attentive and the apt is installed in an excellent condominium, which has many leisure options and also a beautiful trail that leads the slope, providing a lot of beauty and calm, as well as an impressive view of the sea. We love it!

Our stay was amazing! We spent 4 days in Ubatuba and I couldn't have picked a better place. Juliana is an amazing person, she helped us in everything we need and always very kind. Kite helped us with beach tips, and from the moment we closed, we had all the attention and care on the part of it. I highly recommend it!!

the apartment and the condominium are sensational. excellent structure and privileged location, not needing a car for nothing. The only negative point, but nothing that gets in the way, is the delay to check in, as there is only 1 person collecting the information of all the guests arriving in the condominium, forming a large queue to enter.

Amei !! Everything very clean, organized, great space, with plenty of kitchen utensils that helped us a lot !! Only one addendum, the entrance door of the ap. We're making noise when it comes time to open, but that's all it is.

Second time I stayed at the place Vivian, is an excellent host. very polite and responds quickly to messages. The site is the same as the listing, is in a great location, close to the historic center of São Sebastião, close to the bus station and close to the ferry between São Sebastião and Ilhabela. I highly recommend it and I hope to stay other times rs.

Our experience with Raquel was excellent! It exceeded expectations! We only have one thing to say the outdoor pool was with the hot water. it would be good for the condominium to check this. in addition, everything of the highest quality!! the view on the terrace is wonderful!!

I stayed for a few days in January 2025, but the accommodation was very good, both for the apartment and the condominium premises, such as very good swimming pools on the terrace, water with preheating, and heated swimming pool also and Jacuzzi.... gym, toy library... in my case that I went with two children was very useful. An ice cream shop and a little market at the entrance to the condominium made it much easier as well. Apto top, very comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen... I highly recommend it to everyone and I appreciate the attention and kindness of host Mauro....

The space exactly matched the advertised photos! Espaço clean and organized. It has all the items you need. The jacuzzi is wonderful and spacious. The place was clean and organized and the hoster Denise always quick to answer questions. We strongly recommend the apto Bambu 04. Not to mention the wonderful view! The laundry room too much to organize the clothes. The structure of the building comk condominium tbm is very good and tasty!
