Holiday rentals with a patio in Caravaca de la Cruz

From the moment we arrived in Vélez Blanco, we thought it was a fantastic, quiet, cozy place, and the people were very friendly, just like our host Ana. The accommodation is in a very good location in the center of the village, cozy, clean with everything you need to spend a few days away, and as for Ana, she is a very kind and thoughtful person. We will definitely return one day

We felt as if we were at home, everything was clean and phenomenal. The pool area right in front and a very quiet garden both day and night. Ignacio and Maria are super attentive to everything, a pleasure. We will definitely be back!

Villa Perlita is a wonderful modern home with everything you need to enjoy your break away. Spotless and organised. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Amazing outdoor space which unfortunately we were unable to use due to rain for the whole of our 7 days stay. Absolutely no negatives about the beautiful villa and have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you.

We spent a weekend at Jose Luis' house with 6 friends and we definitely recommend it. The house is not lacking in detail, it is tastefully decorated and has all amenities. The upstairs floor is a bit (billiards, foosball, darts, games...). Jose Luis was very attentive and had many details with us. We'll be back!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. You have a beautiful home. The pool was fabulous the surroundings were so peaceful and tranquil. The accommodation was spacious and I loved the rustic feeling and lovely details in the house. Our kids loved your rescue pets and enjoyed stroking them. We had a bit of a nightmare finding it. Never click on the Google map on the site as it takes you to a place an hour away. Put the house name in as Javier said instead. Javier was very helpful and answered our call despite it being extremely late on the arrival day. We would definitely recommend and come again.

A great house, very big, with everything you need and more. The host was very charming, we arrived late for withholdings and he was super patient and understanding. Fabulous everything. And the pool, which still despite the heat, incredibly the water was fresh all the time.

Very quiet peacefull and relaxing. The apartment was spotless. Nadya was so helpfull as we tried to find the apartment as it was dark as well. If staying here, you need to follow the information that Nadya sends you and not he map on the Air B and B site. Would have no hesitation in staying here again.

The house is very well equipped and great for long stays. Exactly like the pictures. Exceeding expectations Lee provided children's games for the kids and several DVDs. Wifi worked perfectly and in all parts of the house. Excellent TV. Very clean bedding and towels as well as the whole house was very well cleaned. The Taylor Family reception was fantastic, a very nice and kind family! Very safe condominium, nice environment for families. Great for the kids riding rollerblading and biking. Lots of pools and playgrounds. Supermarket with fair prices, restaurants and ATM inside the condominium, in addition to several other services.

The apartment is very well equipped. It has absolutely every appliance one might need. It is very well located. Has it’s unique style which makes ir very cosy. The owner is communicative, flexible and very nice. Will definitely come back again.

Thank you Chloe for our stay in your lovely apartment. Everything was perfect. The home is tastefully furnished and feels cared for. There is everything needed for your stay and the quality of all items is very good. The bed is very comfortable with good quality mattress, pillows and bedding. The rest of the beds are the same standard although we did not use them. The indoor and outdoor furniture is also of good quality and well cared for. The outdoor terraces are private and have lovely touches. The large terrace is a lovely area to enjoy time together and al fresco meals and is a calm and restful space. The large garden and pool are only a few metres away and add to this great home. Chloe told us all we needed to know before our arrival and access to the complex and the home was straightforward and without any issues. The complex is safe and very well maintained and family friendly and has everything needed for a great stay. We would recommend Chloe’s lovely home without hesitation.

The house is very well equipped. One step away from the pool and in a very quiet garden. If we ever rent it again, we'll keep it in mind.
