Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Carbondale

Great stay! Laurie was friendly and helpful with recs and local advice. The place was as advertised and so clean. Very comfortable set up for our family. Nice to have well stocked sundries (sugar, coffee filters, etc) so we didn’t waste time and effort buying those little items. Great for walking downtown to eat and browse around.

We had a very nice night, quiet, clean, and beautiful view, we will stay here again. A really enjoyable stay.

Great condo right on the mountain, true ski-in/out! It was clean and stocked well. The large balcony was awesome to sit and watch skiers come down the run all day. About a 10 minute walk to the shuttle that takes you to downtown CB. Community hot tub and sauna were great to enjoy at the end of the day. Would stay again!

Absolutely great stay, very cozy with a ton of conveniences between the high pressure kitchen faucet and the fireplace seating with a T.V., even had temp control in every room for every room! Everything was spotless, we had every cooking and eating dish we needed, T.V. infront the king sized bed- awesome. It was in walking distance of most the towns shops, with a great Pizza place literally a 2 minute walk away. (Don't go to the underground Italian restraunt, it's overhyped). Neighbors were kind and friendly, the whole town was really. Bruce himself was polite and quick to respond! Fantastic stay and well worth the money.

We ( a group of three) felt welcome as soon as we walked into the apartment. Prior (and even during the whole stay) communication with Matt was prompt, friendly and right on spot. The unit was very clean, warm and included all the amenities listed. The unit is within distance to the Snowmass Village and all its ski slopes. We had no problems with the utilities such as heat or hot water. A gym, heated pool and Jacuzzi were a pleasant addition. I strongly recommend Matt's apartment and would not hesitate to come back at my next visit to Aspen. Also, local transportation is free, including busses to and from airport and Aspen.

Nancy’s place was great! Very close to vail and such a cute neighborhood! The apartment was very clean and cute.

This is a very cost-effective studio within walking distance to both the Aspen gondola and bus station, which will get you free bus access to the other 3 Aspen ski resorts. Unit was easy to access and had the amenities that we needed. Watch out if you need to use the oven for anything, as it's initially very smoky. Coin-op laundry in the basement and a full size grocery store a 4 minute walk away gave us all that we needed to stay the week comfortably.

Shelly was great and the place was exactly as described. I rented skis in Avon at the Christy's which was only about a block away from the condo and used the bus stop about a block outside of Bob's Place to get up and down the mountain. Everything was very convenient and easy to access and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a trip to Beaver without having to pay the exorbitant rates in the Village.

Loved staying here! The space was very large and clean, free from any clutter. Loved how accommodating it was for our dogs, the little backyard was perfect to let them go potty and roam without fear of them running off. Every room was tile so did not have to worry about paw prints or ruining carpet. Felt very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This place was an amazing retreat out of our busy city lives. Very tucked away and private with everything you need. Only issue we had was finding the parking initially but after that everything was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s home during our weekend getaway with our pups. Michael made sure we knew where we were going and what to expect before we even left for the trip. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the entire home was clean and comfortable. It’s super close to both Aspen and Carbondale and it was really nice to be able to explore both towns. I would highly recommend Michael’s home to anyone visiting in the area.

This was our second winter at Salle's place. Salle is great to deal with and is always responsive. The place is really clean and comfy. We feel right at home. Kitchen was well stocked with pantry essentials like olive oil, cooking oil, spices, coffee, tea, etc. The welcome chocolates are also very nice. We were dealing with a family emergency in Breckenridge and Salle's local Colorado knowledge was a life saver. Our dog was having some digestion issues and Salle let us try some probiotics that she uses for her dogs. They worked so well they are now the only probiotics we give our dogs. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the bus stop to CB ski resort, walkable to Clark's market and all the restaurants on Elk. We will be staying with Salle again next year.

Nice house to stay at. Quiet neighborhood, close the town and the hot springs. Plenty of room to spread out. Fully stocked kitchen with an outdoor grill.

Wonderfully comfortable place in a great location. It was within walking distance to great restaurants and the main Glenwood Hot Springs Resort. We also enjoyed the touch of history represented by the 1897 house.

Great host. Very responsive, attentive and accommodating. Home was just like the photos, very clean and homey. Easy check-in, great neighborhood, very safe. Restaurants walking distance. Overall enjoyed my stay and highly recommended !

We loved our stay! The view from the main living area and balcony was gorgeous. We happened to be there as the summer/fall activities were winding down for the shoulder season so the ski lifts were shut down, the zip lines and most of the ski hill restaurants were closed. We did have a great time renting electric bikes nearby and riding into town and also up Prospect Rd past large, beautiful homes and down the ski hills back to our place. The restaurants and shops in the actual town of Crested Butte were all open. Based on most of the activity being closed down at the mountain the condo rent could’ve been cheaper.

Great location, a sort of off the cuff nook compared to other places we've stayed at in CB. Comfy apartment plenty of room for three. Clean, and homely. Easy parking, quiet neighborhood, very safe.

Close to the lift; Beautiful views; Super Clean; Well stocked with condiments and Soaps; Easy to get in from parking lot (no stairs); and great communication with the host. As close to perfect as you can get in an Airbnb rental property. For sure rent Lauren condo for your next trip to Crested Butte.

Great Views, quiet and peaceful in summer, like a very posh treehouse with breezes from all sides. Super comfortable beds, well-stocked and equipped kitchen, plenty of comfort items. We'd stay there again.

This condo is quite literally in the perfect location! Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away from the busy downtown area so it’s quiet and peaceful. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Mark was quick to respond and was flexible with our check-in time. Would stay here again.

My group of four friends stayed here for a ski weekend in February 2024. We caught a great weekend for snow and enjoyed our time on the mountain and visiting the town of Crested Butte. We had plenty of space in the unit and enjoyed the hot tub as well. Having two parking passes was very convenient and parking was easy to find in the lot. We will definitely visit again if the opportunity arises!

Very happy booking this property with Karen! She is so so well organized and explained so well everything about the propertythat really you don’t have to contact her. She was all the time very proactive making sure we all were settle smoothly. The only time I contacted her was to give her a recognition about her organization and how pristine was the property which in our opinion is well above and beyond what was advertised on the property profile. I totally recommend this property and or any other property that Karen manages. :)
