It was away from the more busy streets, making it peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the solace.

He was so gracious and considerate and welcoming to our very large group and aside from that he was able to accommodate us with our last minute guest and reservations. We had a great 5 day stay at Konrad's place. Very accessible, friendly staff in Amalfi, and has it's own parking space which is very convenient if you are going to rent a vehicle. There is a gym and the pool is superb. Will stay again there if I come back to Cebu.

The hosts were amazing, especially with recomendations on what to do and see in the local area. They were always a great help. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bohol and Panglao.

This penthouse is really as good as it looks - very big , master bedroom is amazing and the view across the city to the mountains is impressive. The location is central , you can walk to the best shopping mall in the city (Ayala Center), Good Cup coffee shop (best in Cebu) is less than 5 mins away and there's plenty of nightlife on Mango St around the corner. Robinsons supermarket is a couple of mins walk. Everything else is a cheap Grab ride away. Amazing to have a pool in the building and there's also a very fast turnaround laundry service on the ground floor. I really appreciate the responsiveness of the hosts and their focus on customer service - in particular I appreciated the ability to check in a little early and then when my flight was delayed, they obligingly allowed me to check out a little late. Definitely worth the price and I strongly recommend you stay here when in Cebu !!

A very nice place with great views!

Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

Regien was very responsive and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. We are thankful he took us in even with our very last minute booking since we had problems with our previous reservation. The place was very clean and the caretaker provided us the things we need. The place and the view outside the balcony was lovely. We will definitely come back again

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Bitoon Resthouse. I could write an entire essay of how great it was. The place is so peaceful and relaxing. Caretakers sir Nilo and ma'am Loraine made me feel right at home upon arrival. They were so proactive whenever I had a favor to ask. They are both ever so present if necessary and yet so discreet and respectful of the need for privacy. The beach located a few steps from the house remains raw. When the tide is low I could take a walk along the receded coastline which is teaming with life and bedecked with beautiful shells that one can no longer find in other more developed beaches. Perched on the sea wall as I waited for sunrise, I saw a tiny bump of what I believe to be a whaleshark breaking the surface. I'm not a pool person so I can't say how it is. But I can say, the pool is cleaned, filled in, filtered and maintained by sir Nilo at least twice a day. Actually, the entire place is clean and spotless. All amenities are in working condition

A great stay in this just amazing house! The sea water was agitated so not great for snorkeling and apartment to enjoy this dream environment there is not much to do... however if you come with the idea of a relaxing stay or with friends.

We really enjoyed our stay during the weekend. It was really fun, we enjoyed the amenities and even Ma’am Dizah was really welcoming. The house help was really accommodating and helped us carry our things during our arrival. Looking forward for more gatherings to be held at Seaview Hill 🫶🏼

The place was awesome. Checked in for 2 nights with no problem. It is situated inside a subdivision and its on a dead end. Had a bar with barbecue grill. Parking space for a car is available. Rooms can accomodate around 8 pax with a aircon in every room. Aircon in the sala is not working when we went there. Internet is good. Water was not a problem although host told me that they have some issues with tge supply. We enjoyed our stay in this humble home. Will definitely return. By the way planes can be heard most of the time here but we dont have any issues for it.

There were a number of issues during my stay this time (I have stayed multiple times before) and Kpp addressed all of them over a few hours. Still a great place to stay!

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

Excellent accommodation. The owner took care of all the necessary details! Very beautiful area, great view from the balcony, nice pool. If your main goal is Сhocolate hills or swimming with sharks, then this is much closer than with Panglao. Very helpful and kind owner. I definitely recommend.

My stays was overall pleasant, peaceful and comforting. I highly recommend his place as it is super clean, we'll lit, and homy. I loved the fact that his place had all the necessities (kitchen ware, appliances, hot bath, clean linens and beddings, soft bed, etc) that a traveler could ask for.

This was at a prime location, right in front of the Sugbo Mercado. Check-in was flexible and easy. Unit was clean and spotless, we enjoyed our stay here. :)

The unit was as described. Great location walkable to Ayala mall. With a kitchen could prepare meals for the day and water dispenser made filling up bottles to drink outside enjoyable pleasurable. It has a gym which was used and pool. It’s quiet which is nice and there’s a neat bar across the street to enjoy a drink after a day of sight seeing. Definitely recommended!

This apartment has excellent internet and a comfortable chair, which was important for me as a remote worker. The TV has Netflix too. Even though Dom & Nanette wrote on their page that the pool is paid, I hadn't noticed initially so unfortunately I didn't use it as much as I would have liked. I think the water pressure from the shower head needs to be improved. I would probably stay here again. Thank you!

This the best place in Cebu I really loved it here an the host was so kind really brought the good vibes. An such a great price, one thing the elevator doesn’t come to my to the 7th floor but that’s not the fault of the host at all also all you have to do is go down one floor to catch it. Other then that love love love this place
