Excellent host and communication. House was extremely clean, well stocked and bed was comfortable. Safe neighborhood, safe area, and top notch amenities! Our favorite Airbnb stay in San Diego. Very nicely designed apartment. Had four distinct rooms - living room with 2 comfy chairs and large screen tv; very well designed and well stocked kitchen; nice bedroom with solid mattress on a 4 drawer storage platform bed frame; and a well-designed efficient bathroom. We really could envision staying in the apartment for an extended period. Aline was a very responsive hostess. She completely honored our privacy but would return phone calls almost immediately. We have stayed at several Airbnb places in Escondido over the past few years and Aline’s was at the top of our list.

I had a fantastic stay at Vidal’s listing in San Diego! The home was absolutely beautiful—even better than the pictures. The check-in process was seamless, and the location was perfect, with all the best spots just a short distance away. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it a great place to relax. The listing itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Vidal was also very helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is in an unbeatable location right by Petco Park! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Bryan, the host, was exceptional—very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was quick to address any questions or concerns. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around San Diego. Whether you’re in town for a Padres game or just looking to explore the city, this spot is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, hassle-free experience!

Beautiful place and great location with an even better view. The host was very helpful and made sure we knew exactly where to go. She walked us through the air b&b and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience! The kitchen was huge. We made many meals. The beds were very comfortable. A cozy warm place to spend a month enjoying Pacific beach and surrounding areas.. Dana and Becky were amazing host and we hope to stay at one of their facilities several times in the future. I could not have imagined a better four weeks in their charming little apartment. They get my highest rating.

Bill's place is so amazingly beautiful and staying there with my family from abroad felt really so much home. We enjoyed every nook and cranny of the place, and enjoyed the sound of the hummingbirds in the morning. Bill & Gary were very responsive to our needs and we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this place if you want to have an awesome stay & hassle-free accommodation. My family and I are all grateful.

Aaron was great! Very easy to talk to and readily helped us with our questions. The location is just right, very close to the beach and Newport Avenue where all the nightlife is but when you come onto the street where Aaron’s place is, it’s a quiet peaceful, quaint neighborhood. The windows bring in lots of light but also have privacy shades. The place is very comfortable and clean. Loved the big stove. It was too cold during our trip to enjoy the patio and outdoor bbq but we would love to come back again!

Jack was beyond awesome. A real cool host. A stand up guy that was extremely proactive with anything you need. I’d recommend to anyone looking to book here the place was brand new and spotless and near highways fair distance to anything you want to do

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected based on the home description and other reviews. Cozy home, very quiet neighborhood (we’re light sleepers and there was no noise at night) , close walk to the ocean, and a small grocery store and restaurants a few minutes walk away. One of the reasons I chose this home was that it seemed really good for families with small children and it was! Nice thick mattress for the crib, baby bathtub, good high chair, lots of buckets and shovels for the beach, and a basket of toys which my baby loved using since we didn’t bring many with us. Read a bunch of reviews that commented on difficulty parking. We rented a Kia Telluride and had no issues. We backed in and still had extra space.

Me and my family felt like home. Very spacious, clean and private. Melissa answered our messages rapidly. Highly recommended place to stay.

Very spacious and complete , the overall cleanliness was excellent , very Agusto to spend with family or friends .

The house is close to the freeway, has good restaurants around, kept clean, has reserved and street parking, nice front yard, good kitchen, free snacks for guests arriving at odd hours like we did at 1am. The host is super responsive and addressed all the concerns we raised. I would recommend this place to everyone. The floors are a bit creaky and there are cracks in some places. We used space heaters and that tripped the electric system. April sent an electrician immediately. We were out of hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom, and again she sent cleaners immediately to refill them. Some parts of the home are a bit flaky (e.g., master bathroom closet door and it's knob, toilet paper holder in the bathroom).

Noel and Linda’s place was perfect for our family. We had Thanksgiving there, and a couple of other family days as well and it was so nice to be so close to the beach and have space to play games and gather inside. I would absolutely stay again, and maybe even rent the upstairs and downstairs at the same time. Thank you Noel and Linda, we had a great time!

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

Great location between the harbor and the beach with a nice pool and hot tub

Ashley’s condo is spectacular, with high ceilings and enormous windows. We walked less than a mile to Balboa Park, and a few nearby restaurants. The hills are steep going to Little Italy - less than a mile - so we walked down but took Uber back. The beds are low to the floor but worked for us. The plane noise was noticeable on our first night, but we quickly acclimated and did not notice it often after that. Kitchen is very well set up for cooking and serving. Ashley quickly responded to questions.

I had a great stay! Everything was clean and everything I needed for my stay was provided. It was a little difficult to find the alley since we got there when it was dark but other than that once we found it everything was explained throughly. There was plenty to do in the area. Walking distance to restaurants, market/liquor stores, a Starbucks around the corner and the beach about a minute walk. Everywhere we drove to was about 15-20 min drive. Great area!

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo - the views are unparalleled and watching the sunset here was absolutely gorgeous. Sue and Makela were so quick to respond to any questions and their detailed instructions made the condo easy to find and navigate. There are so many bedrooms to accommodate space for a large group and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the pictures are accurate. The host was very easy to communicate with. I would stay here again.

Amazing place and location. Right by the beach in a beautiful apartment complex. Susan had thought of everything one would need to stay and was arranged. The kitchen has basic stuff like oil, condiments, coffee. Lot of linen and full range of basic toiletries. The house was well maintained and matched the description well. Susan was very responsive and proactive. The location is amazing and the apartment complex and surrounding area are beautiful. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Thanks Susan
