Adjoining the owners house, beautiful and spacious 2 rooms (bedroom and kitchen) + mezzanine. 10m² terrace with stunning sea and sunset views, quality electric barbecue for good grilling!! Air-conditioned and very well equipped. Bathroom with large shower 120x80cm, separate toilet. Quiet neighborhood and very close to the village center. Everything can be done on foot: supermarket, shops, restaurant, etc., less than 300 m away. Plage du Peru 15 min walk away. Free parking at 50m.
