Waterfront holiday rentals in Caribbean

The entire stay was wonderful. The apartment was very clean, with all the amenities we needed. The balcony was amazing with lots of space to lounge and have our morning coffee. The place is near the airport, the city and Te Amo beach. It was very easy to get around and access everything we needed. Quintin greeted us at check in and check out and was very friendly. Overall our best Airbnb experience to date!

If you are looking for an apartment in a nice location, close to everything, comfortable and that has everything, this is your apartment. We were happy to find and be able to stay in Emily's apartment and we hope to return soon.

Overall very nice condo, here are my detailed reviews: The for: - The view of the intercostal is spectacular; - The patio is awesome; - the pool is great, lots of loungers and umbrellas; - there are many kitchen items, toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap; - Publix grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, very convenient; - very safe neighborhood and block. The contra: - check-in must be at a specific time, no self check-in... really inconvenient if you have any delay or advance your arrival; - a single regular and chip key to enter the condo and move around the building, VERY unpleasant and restrictive when you are 4 adults with different comings and goings; - The cleanliness of some kitchen items left something to be desired; - The master bedroom mattress is of poor quality and stained; - The beds in the guest room are good for children, not adults.

Great property and location. Felt very private and cozy. Lovely view of the waterway from the screened in balcony. Peaceful. Only regret was that we were only there 1 night!

I have so many great things to say and don't know where to begin. It's everything I wanted and more! we'll managed/great area! You will love it! I love how modern, very functional and they communicate well! I also stayed cause the pricing was not outrageous. I will stay there again if I come back to the Florida Keys!

We got in a couple hrs early and we were able to check in early as well. The place was super clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. We would def stay here again:)

This has been our second home the last 2 years - a wonderful respite from the cold and snow of the north. Jeremiah is a wonderful host who is very responsive. The house has all that you need for an extended stay with comfortable beds and a cosy loving room. The water view can’t be beat!!! We can’t wait to come back!

If you’re looking for the perfect spot to stay in the Keys, stop scrolling and book this place already! Christina was a dream host—friendly, helpful, and on top of everything (seriously, if hosting were an Olympic sport, she’d have gold). The house was super clean, well-stocked, and everything worked like a charm. Location? Spot on—close to all the stores you might need when you inevitably forget sunscreen, snacks, or, in our case, half our luggage. The dock handled our 24-ft boat like a champ, and waking up to those canal views? Chef’s kiss. Already planning our next trip back!

This wasn't our first time staying, still wish we could give 10 stars. We will definitely be back again in the future!

Right on the water in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful ocean views and the sound of waves most evenings.

Very clean, except for the hair on the bathroom floor. Nicely decorated with everything you need for a weekend or week long stay.

This is our 4th year staying at Chris and Jamie’s house. We love it! It is clean, beautiful and has every amenity you need. It’s quite, we love the pool and canal. It’s a very safe neighborhood and Chris and Jamie are the best hosts! Can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Spacious with lots of fun things to do. Brock was a great host and when we realized my son lost something at the house, they searched for it and mailed it to us- amazing! Really great place with good people taking care of it. Definitely would stay again!

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. Home was walking distance to anything in Condado. About 5 minutes from beach, various restaurants. home was as advertised and I would agree that the beach towels were great. I recommend you watch the video to see the pole with the lockbox :)

Beautiful condo on the intracoastal with awesome views. Very clean one bedroom unit that was well stocked. The grounds were nicely maintained. Pool very clean. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. Brian was an amazing host and we would definitely stay again.

Allison, our host, was there with us every step of the way. She answered questions in a timely manner; our recommendation for Allison is without hesitation. The unit was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay there.

What a great place to spend your days in Miami! The location is perfect, the bed is great, with a private bathroom. The view that you never get bored of! This is the place were you have to stay! Veronica and Martin are great hosts, you will feel at home with them.

Beatriz was a great hostess, condo was nice and very clean which was very important to us. Local grocery store is a couple blocks away and a couple restaurants near by, we had a vehicle and that was not an issue. Would recommend this place
