A Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended!!!

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

We arrived very easily to the accommodation and from the arrival the enchantment started. Stunning panoramic view of the sea and Cumbre del sol. Impeccable accommodation, very clean, very functional with all the essential amenities for a great stay. The welcome by Javea Holiday Rentals very professional, followed by excellent advice (environment, shops, wine shop...). We had a great stay and made beautiful visits (Cala Granadella and Moraig superb, amazing beaches, shops, visit the historic center of Altea, day beach in Benidorm with all water activities, afternoon beach in Javea with shops and restaurant, several evening outings with restaurants in Moreira including its amazing beach of El Portet😎☀️✌️. Thanks again for the responsiveness of Javea Holiday Rentals for the answers to our questions (even at 10pm😬). In short, like cooking and Spanish sweetness of life, all the ingredients come together 👍☀️🌴

We really enjoyed our stay at Fernando's house. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach in the Les Rotes area. Fernando has made it very easy for us to get in and out. We'll be back for sure.

Very lovely place, nice and quiet neighbourhood. We had a great time!

It is evident that the Rachel has put in a lot of effort to make the house cosy, which has been accomplished quite well. You do not have the feeling of being in a rental home. Being next to San Roc square you feel the hustle and bustle of the city Rachel was very proactive and send directions and instructions in good time before arrival. And also reached out after arrival to her if everything was as expected. We had some nice days at the house and can only recommend the place.

Apartment was very central to harbor and main shopping areas. The flat itself was very modern, well appointed with full amenities and very clean. We had a great stay!

We stayed in this beautiful little house during Christmas, and we really loved it. It has a huge terrace perfect for a barbecue, or just having a coffee while you sunbathe. In summer it must be amazing with the pool and hammocks. The rooms are very large and spacious, and the bathrooms are very good, everything is new (there was even a toilet with a bidet, something we loved). The host was a super friendly and helpful person, and was attentive to whether we needed anything, but at the same time gave us our space and the privacy we were looking for. Without a doubt, I would go back to this accommodation without thinking, we had a wonderful vacation

Clear video and instructions to find the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment was neat and clean, well tidied up. Located in a quiet area, supermarket, restaurants and the sea is all very close. Upon arrival, I did miss some basic hygiene things like a toilet roll and a little hand soap. Everything else was fine!
