Ideal location for our visit to Kilkeel though roadworks caused problem on main road Everything as described on web site-heating worked well in very cold spell Only minor criticisms would be that the keysafe is fiddly and hard to access-also menus of local restaurants ( in otherwise excellent welcome pack) were out of date price wise. Large convenience store down the road is very handy and would cover most day to day requirements -except alcohol !

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and had a fantastic time! Ciara and Mark were excellent - very responsive, and the app they have set up was so clear with great recommendations of things to do in the nearby area, local restaurants/takeaways etc. The place itself was beautiful - we had a great surprise with a welcome message and prosecco on ice awaiting us to kick off the honeymoon which was so lovely :) Made use of the barbeque, hot tub and cold plunge as well. Couldn't have asked for a nicer experience - thank you!!

The cottage was above and beyond what any of us had expected. It was absolutely stunning, both on the inside and out. Filled with amenities, both essential and non essential! On our last night when we found the perfect DVD for our cosy night, my friend joked that "Whatever you desire, this house provides." I couldn't agree more. The cottage was just magical, the bedrooms are gorgeous, the hot tub is just perfect and Una is a wonderful host, so responsive, friendly and helpful. I could not recommend this place more, my friends and I visit a new Air bnb every new years eve and this was all our favourites by far. It was just perfect!

We had the best stay at Mountain View Lodge for my sister's hen. Such a beautiful home with a fab hot tub and amazing views. Darragh was very helpful and we will forever treasure the memories of our time here! Can't wait to stay again on an extended family holiday in the future!

This stay truly exceeded all my expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating, providing detailed instructions, easy check in and even a few local recommendations that made my stay even more enjoyable. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to prepare meals with ease, and the living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring and the hot tub was the perfect way to wind down. What really set this Airbnb apart, though, was the attention to detail. The host had thoughtfully provided little touches like a welcome basket with snacks, and even a selection of games and plenty of apps to choose from on the tv. The location was also ideal with breath taking views . Will definitely be back . Thank you for having us .

Great stay at Bella Vista. Caroline is one of the friendliest hosts I have dealt with. We booked under urgent and last minute circumstances and she was just brilliant. The bouse had a great living space where we could all relax comfortably together and the big dinning table that had plenty of room for us all. Short walk to Carlingford centre. Would definitely stay again.

This house is amazing! stayed here with 6 friends. house was spotless, lots of goodies and a drink or two left for us to enjoy. hot tub is huge and very relaxing... even during a storm! communication was brilliant... one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in a group.. looking forward to making a return visit.

We booked the Cottage and the Shepherds Hut as a New Year's Getaway, it was perfect for two couples, two dogs and a baby. The hot tubs were exactly what we needed for a December holiday and every room in the property seemed brand new. Conor and Sophie were on hand for any questions we had, and we'd recommend this to anyone for a relaxing getaway.

This wasn’t our first stay as we really wanted to return, having had a wonderful first stay. It was the perfect place for a break away from everyday life. The hot tub is such a wonderful added extra. No doubt we’ll be back again. Thank you so much Jackie for all the wonderful added touches ☺️☺️☺️

We had a fabulous stay at John’s place! Very informative with check in details and everything was exactly as it appeared on the images. Lovely cosy bedrooms and we felt right at home! We will definitely visit again, thank you for all your efforts to create such a gorgeous space!
