Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carlisle

We had a wonderful stay at Karens place whilst we were in Perth visiting our family. The place is exactly as described and was actually even better than it looked on the listing. Everything we needed was available for our stay and the place was extremely clean. Communication with Karen was great and she responded promptly to our messages. The place was an excellent base for our stay and within short distance of anywhere we needed to be. We would for sure not hesitate to book next time we are visiting our family in Perth.

The house was exactly as described with clear instructions on what to do and not do. the neighbourhood is nice and quiet and it is only a 3min drive to the shops and the beach. Pool is beautiful and the massage chair another great feature. we also used the home office which comes with HDMI cables, mouse, keyboard and screens. Really special to have all this available and very thoughtful. we can really recommed it.

We had a wonderful stay at Jeni’s place. Jeni was a lovely host and was really helpful with any questions and requests. Beautiful verandas and spacious bedrooms - exactly as described. Super close to a bus stop which was so convenient. Would 100% stay again!

Inna’s Airbnb was in a great location with a few shops in walking distance and a large shopping centre with in a 5 min drive with lost of restaurants, the CBD was only a 15 min drive.

Very smart neighbourhood. Stuart was very attentive. We stayed a couple of nights when we arrived from UK - just needed somewhere quiet to get over the jet lag - this place was great - well equipped and plenty of space

Great stay if you’re looking for something cheap, great location as everything is a short drive away from the property. Highly recommended

A great house, I found it even better than shown in the picture when I moved in. The hygiene is very clean, and the kitchen has various kitchen utensils, which is very convenient. I highly recommend moving in!

Quiet and comfortable spot near to all of the Leederville restaurants and shops without being in the middle of it (noise). Raya was super responsive which made all the difference when getting settled. Thank you!

You won't find a better host than Lina! She was so kind and thoughtful, with helpful advice on what was happening in the area, where to shop and even provided me with some lentils when there was a shortage in the shops!!! how's that for service? I was there for 9 weeks, and Lina found the perfect balance of being helpful and available, but also allowing privacy. She was so kind and generous, but I always felt as though I was in a peaceful, secluded and relaxing locale. The home itself is beautiful, with everything you could need for a short or long stay, but not cluttered and beautifully decorated - even a couple of pieces of Lina's original artworks on the walls, which add class and a bespoke, personal touch. I cannot recommend Lina and her property highly enough, and will definitely want to stay there again the next time I'm in Perth. A beautiful place, space and host!!

This is our second stay with Rod and Leonie to visit family who live nearby, and we have already booked two other stays later this year. This apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Awesome host with excellent communication. The premises were perfectly clean and welcoming for restful nights. The location offered easy access to any aspect of Fremantle, with walking distances to anywhere we wanted to go like shops, transport (train and bus), wharf. Powerful air conditioning enabled a comfortable recharge after sightseeing during the day. Highly recommended abode for comfort, proximity to local offerings, and easy access to privacy for our visit from interstate.

Andrew couldn't have been more helpful, greeting us on arrival to explain the parking (not difficult but best explained once!) and access to the apartment. The apartment itself was perfect for our family (5 of us) and the kids used the pool every day. Walking distance to everything we wanted (Barack St Jetty, Langley park and Herrisson Island for the Kangaroos) and plenty of free busses if you need them to get about. Even though Langley Park was hosting a few New Year events the access was always clear and quiet, and the local IGA and Liquor Store were five minutes walk at most.

The stay was mostly good. AC worked good and most things were of good quality. I was a bit disappointed by the small size of the refrigerator and small cheap trash bags provided considering the high price paid for the apartment. Insulation is not very good and you can hear the neighbors above walking around.

What a fabulous apartment, well equipped, pantry goods, all you need for a short stay. The electric bed was just the best, so comfy. Walking distance to cafe's, restaurants and train station. Great location, will be back.

Mike and Luka welcomed us on arrival and stayed in contact over our week there, always checking all was ok The accomodation was in such a Good spot, train station 5 min walk Shops pretty much a few steps out of the door. We loved the roominess of the pad and the enclosed balcony was our go to place to eat our meals A parking bay was allocated for our daughter to park when she visited throughout the week, Thankyou. Everything was clean and tidy with some supplies as well in kitchen. We were very happy there and can recommend to others, its central, close to public transport and lovely owners, there when you need We will return when in Maylands again Thank you Mike &Luka.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay in Cottesloe was phenomenal! I’m originally from Perth but have lived in the US for 14 years now. This trip “home” was bringing my partner and our 1 year old daughter to meet family and friends, and we needed our own space. Melissa’s unit was utterly perfect! I grew up on cottesloe beach! I was almost in joyful tears each morning when we got up and could see the ocean right across the road. It’s honestly one of the best beaches in the world! Restaurants and bars are a walk away. All very family friendly. The unit is as described and we really appreciated the family friendly feel there too. Some toys and kids dinnerware etc made it even easier for traveling with a baby. We walked to and from the train station for some of our adventures, and when driving, we never had to worry about parking. Rosemary was our contact and she was quick, courteous and helpful, aling with super sweet and genuine. From a local AND visitor in one, Melissa’s unit is where you want to be!

Lisa and Pete were outstanding hosts! We felt right at home even on the opposite side of Australia. Lisa made sure we had everything we needed for an excellent stay and was more than helpful at the drop of a hat. Her and the other hosts were super accommodating and friendly, couldn’t be more thankful. As for the property itself, it’s lovely what they’ve managed to do with such a small foundation. Stepping inside BIG, you’d never know you were attached to the other accomodations, let alone being able to tell how many renovations went into the structure. What does shine through is the love and care they have taken in building the best home away from home for any distanced travellers! Thanks again for a great stay !

We had a lovely stay at this cosy apartment in Bassendean, a peaceful suburb with great access to Swan Valley, Perth CBD, and the airport — perfect for our itinerary. It was a short drive to Swan Valley, where we enjoyed visiting wineries and had a delightful dinner at Pasta in the Valley before our flight home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The thoughtful touch of curry masala in the kitchen was much appreciated, making it feel like home for us as we cooked some meals. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The apartment’s location is also ideal for convenience, with a Coles nearby in Bassendean and easy access to major roads. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for Perth’s hot summer days, which could be improved for comfort during peak summer months. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a quaint, quiet suburb, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth!

A fabulous place to stay, that is an easy walk into Perth city. Great facilities, comfortable and clean space, with more than some supplies provided - fantastic when you arrive late at night and the shops are closed. Excellent communication with the host. Would happily stay again, and definitely recommend to others.
