Holiday rentals with a pool in Carlton

Marco was a great host. A perfect house for a large group.

Our group was looking for a place close enough to the city and the airport that was large enough to host our group size. Sheryl’s place was everything we needed. We used public transport to the city each day then spent the evening back at Sheryl’s for dinner and the hot tub. The oven was very large to make cooking easy. We enjoyed the bedrooms located upstairs and the family rooms and kitchen below as everyone could go to bed when needed and wake up on their own time. Communication was easy and Sheryl was always receptive, friendly and resourceful. The neighbourhood felt very safe. People were friendly when walking on all the nearby paths. Very close to groceries and several restaurant options.

Fantastic month long stay at this brilliant property in St Kilda. The house was so spacious and Kerri was such a welcoming host, cannot recommend this enough. Will hopefully be back again next year to stay in the same location!

Viv was amazing and very helpful. We organised a last minute vacay for the day and she had it all sorted for us the day before super appreciative. Home is gorgeous and the views peaceful, pool is way larger than pic and was definitely a highlight, parks and soccer goals next door kids were all entertained. Was a bit warm upstairs other than that place was excellent we will definitely be back

We had the most wonderful family weekend here. Loads for the kids to do with the swimming pool, pool table and TV room. Great space for parents to relax too, by the pool and by the BBQ. Everybody had their own space but we were able to come together in the communal spaces for family meals.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, immaculate and modern. We were thrilled with everything. The hosts were always responding to our queries in a very timely manner and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you.

Henfry’s place is sparkling clean and very comfortable. Located in the 62th floor with SUPERB view, especially during sunset. There are many lifts in the building and I think the occupancy is not that high yet so it’s very quick to get to the apartment or down to the lobby. Henfry is also very accomodating to let me check in earlier, which I really appreciate due to my big luggages. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in Melbourne!

This was a great place to stay, it’s important to remember that just because you are on the 18th floor doesn’t mean you are in a hotel. You are in an apartment with normal people living their lives, they are not on vacation. This place is really great for people who prefer to walk to get places, everything is close by so getting out to see and do things was really easy. And if we wanted to go farther away, driving is easier as you are just outside where traffic gets really busy from all the activity in the city. Andrew is quick to respond to any questions and has realistic expectations of his guests, next time I come to Melbourne I will definitely be checking to see if this place is available again.

Had a fantastic stay at Dr. Fred’s apartment in Southbank. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was clean, exactly as advertised, and well-equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for our Grand Prix weekend in Melbourne, with easy access to public transport and also walkable to Albert Park if needed. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again for future Grand Prix trips!

We had a great stay in Southbank. Kids loved the two pools and the view from the apartment. Great location, easy access to the CBD and trams. Some great restaurants around as well. Obviously crown is across the road, hope you have better luck then I did.

it's was good location and place was nice. Although door was bit heavy and unfortunately my partner toe got hit by it which made it swell for the holiday. The rest was good though.

I had an event in the convention centre while I was there which made the location incredibly convenient. Simon was very welcoming and helpful with a fantastic cafe recommendation. Would absolutely stay again.

The apartment was fantastic with incredible views and great access to Southbank restaurants and CBD. Colin was a excellent host. Very responsive, informative and accommodating. Will definitely stay again in the future!
