Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Carlton Landing

Cute little garage apartment. Very responsive when I messaged. Was very pleased with everything- well except weather but that wasn’t their fault.

3rd time staying here, it’s so convenient in the area. Host is always quick to respond & very nice when I book last minute trips.

This was a beautiful vacation that was fun to walk around and explore. The meeting place was fun to grab a coffee and the pizza place across the street was very tasty. Loved that the pools and tennis courts were all within walking distance. We love to cook and so not having tons of restaurants nearby was perfectly okay with us. If you do plan on cooking make sure you bring everything you want to make so you don’t have to run back into town for something. You will love the throwback to a more peaceful time and you will enjoy connecting with your family. This unit provide lots of quality space to do activities together or outside on the deck. We loved eating outside, reading , and playing games. It was so nice to have four bedrooms. Can’t wait to come back. Some of the locals said they have a fun Christmas event and that the Fourth of July is just the best!!

I will stay here again. It was a great neighborhood and very clean.

what an amazing experience my family & I had at mark’s Carlton Landing home. so much room - extra beds and next level bunk beds in one of the bedrooms - 2 or 3 families could easily stay here. mark was beyond communicative if I had a dumb question / just overall friggin fantastic experience. If you are deciding btwn 2 homes at Carlton Landing - use this review as the tie breaker. Great stuff and thanks again mark!

The house was fantastic and the outdoors were even better. The location was great and very peaceful. The hot tube was great and having the kayaks and paddle boat was awesome to be able to cruise around or fish the coves by the house. Will definitely be back

This was the perfect location for a long weekend getaway! The home itself was beautiful, clean, and within walking distance to all Carlton Landing amenities! Larry provided wonderfully detailed house instructions as well as recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The community pools were lovely and I’m sure during the summer months there is even more to do within the community! We had a 10 out of 10 stay and will definitely be returning hopefully in the near future! Thank you Larry for being an amazing host!

This place is great! One of the best places we have stayed at! We definitely recommend for families and fishermen with a boat.

The place was more beautiful than the pictures! I was very surprised by how private it was - it didn't seem like it was in a neighborhood! Oklahoma was very 'Oklahoma in April' while we were there - it rained a lot of the time, but there was plenty to do inside! So much room and such a great hostess! Amanda was very responsive and solicitous. I have no reservations in recommending this place 100%!!

The home was beautiful and had all the essentials one needs in the home. The back yard had a beautiful view and was beautiful and quiet. Would def recommend to everyone, we will be booking again in the future!

The space and location was perfect for us and our 21 year old son and his friend. We were close to the restaurants and the lake. Beautiful place that was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed and more…even included snacks, coffee, and bottles of water. We enjoyed our stay here!

Well appointed condo in a quiet area of town. Comfy and cozy with all the amenities needed for a short weekend stay. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. If we are back in the area we would certainly stay here again.

Little confusion finding the place but owner answered the phone late at night and helped us get there. Aside from the horrendous wind , everything was fantastic. Beach was clear of trash and the dock was kept up. Be mindful of the stickers scattered around the yard though, wear decent shoes.
