Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Carlton

Great place for all seasons. For our winter stay we enjoyed being able to walk to Belmont and Hawthorne Street which had great restaurants and shopping. The hot tub warmed us up after our cold walks. Inside the kitchen is great and has everything we needed. The King bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on (including better than mine at home). Dallas has put so many small touches into the place, creating an amazing atmosphere. Definitely will stay again if in Portland.

Well laid out, lovely space. Room for lots of people. Lovely kitchen. Easy access to downtown (walking distance). Good outdoor space for kids to play. I definitely recommend this place. You can't beat it for the price.

We had the best 4 day stay at Chris's over the holiday week. Space was perfect for our needs and so cozy. Kitchen had everything we needed although restaurants in the area are some of the best and we took advantage of that as well. We also felt very safe in the area. Heated floor in the bathroom was the best! Thanks Chris!!

Hands down the best bnb I’ve stayed in! Since we were traveling for Christmas and my sisters wedding it was important that I get my family in a roomy and comfortable spot. We love to cook and the kitchen was chef quality from the oven and microwave down to the pots and pans. The hot tub was so relaxing and the fire pit was the perfect touch. This place is truly a resort. They even have grounds keepers that stopped by a couple times (no bother to us.) and shovled out the fire pit and did some minor yard maintenance. Beautiful property great team and staffing running it. Would book again. Thanks again for an amazing stay and mailing back the handful of items we left behind. Happy new year!

We stayed at this Airbnb with a family of 8 while visiting our uncle at Good Samaritan Hospital. The space was perfect for us—clean, modern, and well-designed. It had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The location was ideal, close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to public transportation. We also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, especially after long days. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Great stay! AirBnB had everything you need to make a week long stay comfortable. They made sure it was stocked and had an easy binder to navigate the house. Neighborhood was walkable and safe. My dog felt welcomed! Would definitely like to stay here again next time I'm in person.

Leslie is a great host and the home is nicely furnished and very clean. Enjoyed the extra special touches like snacks and coffee provided.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Summer's Hill retreat! The cabin was beautiful and had so many amenities for the price. We also really appreciated all the great local recommendations from the hosts for wineries, restaurants, activities etc! The kitchen has every utensil you could need, even a few seasonings and what not for cooking. The coffee bar ROCKED, and we stayed super cozy with the gas fireplace and squeaky clean hot tub! If there was *one* thing I'd suggest improvement on, the downstairs shower was a bit difficult to use and very low water pressure - I think a new shower head would make a world of difference as it kept falling off the stand! This may not be a big deal to everyone, we just had a big group of girls so it was a bit tedious. Upstairs bathroom was a dream! Otherwise - Jen & Lisa truly thought of everything for this place and we had nothing for want! Amazing deal, great service, and truly beautiful surroundings! We will totally be back!!

Felt like home. comfortable, peaceful. Comfy bed, comfy couch, loved the comforter for lounging in front of the electric fireplace. Warm, loved the massage chair!! I could honestly stay there almost forever!!!!! Check out the river path.

Jamie and Ginnie were very accommodating hosts and their place is in a great location to explore the city - was perfect for my quick 2 night stay.

Cheyenne’s place was great! It’s a good location with a lot in walking distance. There is a train system that is going around every so often, but honestly it’s more peaceful than anything else (although I did grow up near train tracks). Our only issue were the upstairs neighbors on our last night we’re running around at 2 or 3 in the morning but it was also new years so a bit of rambunctious is to be expected. A great place to stay and well worth the price.

Lorie's home is well located near cafes and coffee shops in Sellwood. The entrance opens to a mudroom - necessary in Portland. The living room has a small dining table, sofa, comfy chair, and flat screen TV. The kitchen is well- equipped with cookware and dishes, and basics such as oil, sugar, and salt and pepper. The two bedrooms were comfortable and had sufficient hangers and hanging shelves to unpack. There is only one toilet, in its own room with a sink. The shower stall is separated by a wall from a vanity/sink/mirror, allowing multiple uses of the bathroom with privacy.  This room also housed the washer and dryer. Lorie anticipated guests' needs by supplying dish and laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, hand soaps, and motion-triggered night lights from the bedrooms to the bathroom - brilliant.

Nice and tidy place that is only 10-15 minutes from anything you want to do in the city. Safe residential area as well. Would book again if we were ever back in Portland.

Keith's place was great! It was clean, comfortable and a great location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Keith was very friendly and responsive. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

What I appreciated the most was how accurately Taylor described his home as well as how complete yet easy to digest his instructions were. I also appreciated the swift response to some questions. Really beautiful condo! We're so happy we chose Taylor's place!

Very clean and comfortable space! Awesome location near local running trails and parks. It was very near to OHSU, for any traveling folks needing proximity to the hospital. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Emelia's place was wonderful and filled with plants, super quiet, lots of nature and birds which I loved! you can walk to all the best restaurants and bars and to so much shopping! The bathtub was such a perk! The couch was so comfy I asked where it was from, it might be one of the best couches I've lounged in! it's was great to actually be in a regular home verses a strictly Airbnb that shuffles people in and out. The fridge and freezer was a great design in my opinion but it's not a place to go full grocery shipping and set up for the week. Instead you would need to shop more often- although she graciously shared the food/ cupboard staples willingly:) Not much room to hang clothes but she provided a place to put your suitcase and that was totally fine for me! the condo/ apartment was cozy and a little sanctuary that I would highly recommend!! Emelia checked in with us and was very responsive! I'd definitely stay again!

This Airbnb experience was one of the best I’ve had. The location of the apartment is excellent if you’re visiting Portland downtown for the first time. There is plenty to do nearby and a Whole Foods next door as well! The parking included in the price is excellent. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. We had a very relaxing time at the Airbnb.

Great spot in an awesome location! Had a fun guys weekend and everything with the house worked out great. We cooked both evenings and had all that was needed to do so. Nice porch to chill and watch the local Portland wildlife 😜 Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Mary Jean's place. She was a very attentive host and we had everything we needed. It is a really comfortable space. We had our family (11 including us) over one night to hang out and there was plenty of room. I enjoyed watching the birds at her feeder in the mornings and taking walks in the neighborhood. It's a beautiful area!
