Mansion holiday rentals in Carmen

It was a three-generation family trip, and it was a very comfortable place to stay with my family. The barbecue and helper helped me eat well, and the children could swim every day, so it was a satisfying trip. ^ ^ Especially, the Savemore was right across the street, so it was convenient to walk to the grocery store, and it was so nice that the Noah Massage Shop was also nearby. It was my first trip to Cebu because the host connected me right away if I needed a grocery store or a travel company, but it was a very satisfying trip!! I'll definitely use it again next time ~ ^ ^

Our Executive James was fully satisfied with his experience staying at this property. It was better than the photos. You truly have to experience it firsthand, to fully appreciate it. The host Melody was very professional, caring, attentive, and helpful whenever help was needed. Their on-premises staff were also helpful with everyday tasks and chores when asked. However, at the same time, during the entire stay, they never bothered the guests unnecessarily and instead provided full privacy. They strike the perfect balance between being helpful and providing peace and quiet. Communicating with Melody and their staff was easy, fast, and precise. All the employees were polite, friendly, and flexible.The room was very clean and I was able to use the water without any problems. When I applied for towels, I was able to get them every time I applied, and they responded quickly when I wanted extra towels on the tour. They also replenished water for free every day, so we didn't have to worry about water. Anyway, it was thanks to this Airbi that we had a very satisfying trip. Thank you again for everything.

We had our high school barkada Christmas reunion in the house, and our stay was absolutely fantastic! The house had all the amenities we could possibly need, with plenty of rooms to accomodate everyone. It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival and had a truly cosy atmosphere. The caretaker went above and beyond to assist us. I would recommend this place to my friends and colleagues for any furture gatherings.

The place is awesome and the host is nice. I just would like to make some suggestion for updating some information on your listing like having corkage for bringing drinks but everything was so great staying on this place. Looking forward to stay again here. Thank you!

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who stayed at this Airbnb home with her friends. I was the one who booked it for them, and I must say, we were extremely happy with the choice! They had an amazing stay from March 5-8. The home was super clean, fragrant, spacious, and well-organized—truly a breath of fresh air. Every corner was spotless, with no trace of cobwebs, making it the cleanest place they've ever stayed in. The peaceful neighborhood added to the relaxing ambiance, and the home's aesthetic appeal made their stay even more enjoyable. With all rooms air-conditioned, including the living area, they all slept comfortably. There were four bedrooms, including one on the second floor with two bunk beds, making it perfect for larger groups (they were 10 in total).

My family enjoyed Jeanne and Justine’s place. It’s close to a Mall which had everything we needed. From groceries, to laundry, salon, restaurants and foreign exchange place. They had everything in walking distance. The host is very responsive to everything I requested. My kids enjoyed the pool as well. The price is affordable considering there were 15 of us stayed in their place. Thank you again. Til next time.

Great neighborhood to stay in! The neighbors were not bothersome, security guards were friendly and made sure they only allow authorized people inside the neighborhood. House Place was neat and clean. Wonderful host! We had a few light bulbs that went out and Paul immediately sent someone to fix them the very next day.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

I came here for a family group trip, and I stayed so comfortably before heading out!! I was thinking about other pool villas, and the pool and interior here were so good that I came this way, but I don't regret it! ✨ I was glad that my parents were satisfied, and the helpers helped me well during my stay, so I stayed really comfortably! Although it is located inside the village, it was easy to get to Newtown, Champs Mall, etc.! I recommend Cebu accommodation!!

We had an amazing stay at the place! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to accommodate our whole family comfortably. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were cozy, and the common areas were perfect for spending quality time together. We highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable and welcoming home away from home. We’d definitely stay here again!

Hiram's abode is truly amazing! No wonder why it's booked 100% 30 times a month❣️The host is very responsive to my concerns. There was a time when I told him about the problem with the kitchen sink and he immediately dispatched a repairman first hour the following day! That's 100% customer satisfaction🥳. Leizl (the caretaker) and her crew were still doing some " final touches" when we arrived almost around 1600H. They were all friendly and have vibrant smiles. She did a quick house tour, enough for us to know the basics around the house. All rooms are with AC, including the sala/kitchen area. The only thing that needs improvement might be the wattage of the lightings. I would say that there was something to improve on the illumination particularly in the dining area and bedrooms. Nevertheless, everthing is great! And oh, there's no bidet spray in the bathroom😉
