Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Carnon Downs

We absolutely loved 😍 our stay! The house was so comfortable that it felt like home. The views and the sunrises were beautiful. We’d recommend this Air B & B so highly. We got married on Valentine’s Day at Penzance Registry office, and got back quickly to enjoy the hot tub and the great space…watching a murmuration of starlings over the sea at dusk and a fiery sky in the morning. Thanks for hosting us…❤️

We had a great time at Sarah’s place. The house was perfect for us, a family of 5 plus dog. I had a few questions before booking and Sarah got back to me straight away. Everything was super easy from check in to check out.

This is a lovely place in a lovely town. We visited in the off season but the walk into town and to the beaches was a jolly part of our break. The lounge/diner/kitchen space is terrific and makes the place tick - huge, airy and we'll kitted out. The hot tub and pool table kept us busy.

What a beautiful home! Immaculate! The hot tub was a delight to come home to, toasty warm despite it being winter. There’s lots of space and the views are beautiful!

What a lovely place to stay! We will definitely be back! It was a really easy check in and we liked the fact that the hot tub felt very private! It was very clean and cosy! The hot tub was a lovely addition! We definitely recommend visiting Healys to do the tour! It was the perfect location as it’s just off the A30!

This was our second wonderful stay at Deborah’s lovely home and it won’t be our last. Luxurious property with a wood burning stove and super jacuzzi. Deborah is an exceptional host leaving home baked scones with clotted cream and jam; plenty of firewood and chilled fizz. Such a treat. The area is beautiful with some lovely National Trust Properties including Trelissick nearby and just a short drive to seaside towns and beaches. Superb!

As soon as we opened the door and our wonderful family walked in we felt at home. We light the fire. The kids were running around choosing their rooms, and the adults. 😂 We put the food away then sat together around the large table laughing and checking the fire. Everything was easy to find. All warm and cosy. The hot tub was clean and accessible. Same with the sauna. Plenty of hot water too. The utility room was a god send with the kids and adults in the hot tub so much. Good parking and lights outside for easy access. Thank you Susi and Sam. We shall return .

We loved it. Plent of sitting space in the basement. Beautiful kit hen with plenty of gadgets. Bedrooms comfortable with added bonus of bath robes in double bedrooms. Ground floor pool table was popular with grandchildren.

We spent 4 nights in here and absolutely loved every second. Lindsay and Kaye are lovely people, the place was wonderful enjoyed sitting in front of the warm fire. Despite not being able to use the main pizza oven due to being very damp outside we used the Ooni in the games room which was still a great experience. Hot tub under the stars was special. Comfortable beds and great decor. Toddler loved the space. Great couple of restaurants nearby including Flora cafe which Lindsey recommended which is outstanding a must eat. Us 9 from 7 to 70 had a really great holiday. Despite sometimes dodgy weather, we loved using the numerous house facilities. The sheltered from breeze,wellness area exceeded expectations, especially hot tub & sauna & was well maintained.Also much family football ! & basketball. The outdoor gym a good perk. Pizza oven good fun too. Indoors budding pianists explored their talents ! The conservatory was beautiful to relax & eat family meals in if we couldn't eat outside. Locally the walk to Porth beach for us was fine & walk to the island beautiful. We made use of the body boards & kids wetsuits at the house and all tried out paddle boarding at the Gannell ( again free because the house offered inflatable board ). So busy we only watched 1 film in the cinema / playroom, but it's a great asset to have, as was the annexe, a real little home. the lettuces growing if we wanted & just the huge space in & out. Unlike many places, upstairs was spacious & all fully carpeted, so very quiet.

I had the pleasure of staying at Polkanugga Farm and it was truly exceptional. Hidden in the middle of nature, this place offers the kind of peace and quiet that is hard to find. The property is very well-equipped with everything you might need. The hot tub was a real luxury, perfect for relaxing under the stars. The pizza oven was a delightful addition, making for memorable evenings with homemade pizzas. The gaming room was fantastic, with a good table tennis setup that provided much fun and entertainment for kids. Overall, this accommodation was a true gem. The quite atmosphere, combined with excellent amenities, made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in a beautifully equipped and peaceful retreat.

Just got back from a lovely stay here in ‘Rock the Kasbah’ house. House was beautiful, immaculately clean and lots of lovely touches - welcome hamper and treats, dog bowls and some treats for our furry friend and a dog bed which he took a shining too over his own that we brought with us! Communication was excellent and they managed to give us an early check in so we had plenty of time to settle and explore on our first night. Lovely short walk down to the beautiful beach which was lovely even in the middle of Winter. The public car park was busy with surfers but the beach is so big you hardly bump into anyone! Our primary reason for visiting was to see family in Hayle which was only a short car journey, along with the convenient shops there which was ideal. The hot tub and sauna were lovely to enjoy in the evening and the guide to the house was easy to use. Thanks for a lovely stay and we’ll probably be back in January next year!

Lovely luxury airbnb, spacious, clean and tidy. Shelley left clear instructions and a very responsive host. Lots of places to eat and drink in Porthleven, just a shame the weather wasn't great otherwise we would have spent more time visiting the different beaches.

Absolutely over the moon with our stay. Sadly Nick had to go back to work a day early so Dave and debs said we could come a day earlier and still get the 3 days we paid for. It was the most amazing and relaxing time away from it was exactly what me and Nick needed. Very comfortable and cozy. The bed is amazing!! Didn’t want to get out of it. Both Dave and Debbie were great to talk to! Outstanding hospitality.

We had a great time with coastal walks during the day, retreating to the cabin in the late afternoon for a recharge in the hot tub before heading for some lovely dinners in Porthleven. The Harbour Inn and The Square both served lovely food. The cabin was perfect and Helen made recommendations when we asked for them. There was plenty of wood for the fire. We had a great stay.

We have just come back from a great couple of days at the surf cabin. Great location only 25min drive to either North Cornwall coast or South coast. The sauna and hot tub were a great treat each evening to come back to after a long coastal walk. Would totally recommend and we would love to go back!

We really enjoyed our short stay at Jospeh’s lodge. It was exactly what we expected, lovely and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, we’d definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely lodge! It was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. Being dog-friendly was a huge bonus, and the lodge had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were just a 2-minute walk away, and we used them every day – such a treat! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Stay. Arrived to a spotless and well appointed cabin. Tina’s response was quick and friendly. The hot tub was fantastic. The little touches of hand towels and blankets were nice. Checking in and out was nice and simple! The home is perfectly situated to explore so much of Cornwall, I would highly recommend booking. Thank you Tina for a great stay.

We stayed at here for 3 nights with our 2 children, the photos do not do it justice, it’s so spacious and cosy. It was spotlessly clean and we felt right at home. We loved the hot tub and the holiday park feels very premium compared to others we have been to. It was a really peaceful few days due to the great location. We definitely want to return.
