Waterfront holiday rentals in Carolina

I visited Puerto Rico for a week and I feel incredibly grateful I was able to stay in this airbnb. I would HIGHLY recommend this spot to anyone. It is so close to everything and the beach is steps away. I absolutely loved my stay and I would 100% book again!

My wife and I had an amazing time in Casa Catalina. The condo was super clean and organized. The AC, washer/dryer/ and rest of appliances worked great. The condo was equipped with beach chairs, towels, floaters, sunscreen, cleaning supplies, cooking spices, pots and pans, etc. The bed is very comfortable. Good underground parking spot not too far from elevator. Security was excellent. Having a large pool in the condo and direct access to the beach was a big plus. There are beach tennis courts just outside the condo on Saturdays and Sundays. That was a lot of fun. This is the best beach in the San Juan area. There are many good restaurants, bars, stores, and luxury hotels walking distance from the condo. The Fairmont hotel is only 2 buildings next door and has a beautiful lobby with great restaurants and live music. There is also a Starbucks inside. Our host was very nice. They were proactively asking if we needed anything, and always responded promptly to our messages.

We had a wonderful stay and Ligia was a terrific, helpful and accommodating host! The apartment has a lovely view of the coast and is, in fact, right on the beach. You walk out past the beautiful pool (which appears longer than 25 yards for those who want to swim laps) and out onto the beach from the guarded gate. There are large umbrellas and loungers to rent on the beach. The apartment was perfect — everything you need and nothing you don’t. You can see the water from the bed. The beach crowd was very family oriented and friendly. We will absolutely stay here again when we want a no fuss, no stress, lie on the beach vacation.

Book this Airbnb right now, you will NOT regret it! Victor’s place was breathtakingly beautiful, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and in a great location. The views of the lagoon and the ocean were incredible from the living room, bedroom, and the patio at all hours of the day. As if his place wasn’t amazing enough, Victor was also a superb host. His communication, kindness, and attentiveness was wonderful. Plus, when the entire island of Puerto Rico experienced a power outage, Victor went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including recommendations of nearby restaurants that were still open. We loved our stay in Puerto Rico, thanks in part to our choice to stay at Victor’s!

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! Such an excellent location and a great stay. I travelled with my son and 2 of my friends. There was more than enough room for all. The balcony and bedroom views of the beach are exceptional! Along the Main Street we enjoyed many establishments as well as the Foxwoods casino, which was a short distance away. About the apartment , everything we needed linens, beach towels, beach chairs, extra blankets, pillows. This host thought of everything. If there was any issue at all, it was the initial finding of our parking space. Once that was established, we were good to go! I would repeat a visit here, no question.

A great location and Maricruz was extremely fast responding to any questions. We'd recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great location for walking around Condado and it's an inexpensive Uber to Old Town as well. An added bonus is that there is a great beach basically across the street.

I loved my stay!! he had everything inside that we needed from clean towels, dishes, a beautiful view down to beach chairs, and beach mats I’ll definitely be back!! And he was very responsive whenever I had a question I’ll most definitely stay there again!!

This is a great stat! We had a group of 10. This house is about 40-45 mins from San Juan Airport. 10-15 mins to the Liquillo beach & food / bars. The house itself has a nice large size kitchen & livingroom area. We got groceries about 15 mins away. It was quite windy, (typical for PR in February), but just be prepared as the wind howls at night. It didn’t bother us & it kept the bugs away. The pool was very clean, it was a little cool for us, so we didn’t swim much, but maybe the managers could have turned it up (I didn’t ask, so that’s on me). The area going out to the ocean is very swallow ( like knee deep) for a long distance, we tried to walk out there and went quite far, but the ocean floor is very uneven, so it is not easy walking & it is very weedy. This is not an issue of the house, but rather if you think you are going swimming / snorkeling out there, it’s not really that kind of ocean area, more for looking. The managers are great & they were extremely helpful & responsive.

This was the best airbnb I've ever stayed in! It was even better than the photos. The apartment was so cozy, nicely decorated and had so many details that made for a great stay. We especially liked the wireless chargers, first aid kit, charmin 2-ply toilet paper, and bounty paper towels. The AC was ice cold, and the bed was comfy. Location was awesome. We felt safe here, especially given that it was in a "gated" area. We loved having our own little patio and dedicated parking spot! (spot was pretty tight though, heads up). Not to mention the beach at the end of the street (2 minute walk). The coffee shop around the corner is FANTASIC as well. We went both days of our stay. The only negative I have to include in is that I reached out to the host before booking to ask what fabric the sheets were. I was told they were cotton, but when we arrived they were polyester microfiber. I was disappointed about that, but overall extremely pleased with this place and would love to stay again!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing this place is! Our family had the best experience and plan on coming back in the future. The multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and indoor/outdoor seating was very useful for our group of 7 adults. We did not realize how much we would enjoy the swimming pool but that ended up being one of our favorite parts of the stay. There was an unexpected wifi outage in the area and the hosts were extremely helpful and kept us in loop of the repairs. The location is perfect to just enjoy the ocean, go down to the ferry to visit Vieques for the bio-luminescent bay, short drive to the hiking in the mountain and visitor center or just visit some of the yummy local restaurants.

This is your sign to just book it. Words cannot do justice to just how amazing this place is!! It is steps from the beach, the town is walkable, and the house has everything you need to make all of that even better. My toddler son LOVED playing with the beach toys and running around in the back yard. The house comes with plenty of towels, beach toys and chairs, and AC (that we didn’t even need because it was so breezy being right by the water). The host(s) were AMAZING! They communicated through everything and instructions for arriving/leaving couldn’t be more clear. They were also extremely attentive and responsive through all our questions. I am ready to plan my next trip back just based on this property alone. Do it!!!

The beach house was epic! Huge location and private oasis with pool, hot tub, grills, and beach access. Had a great time hanging out at the house. Roads were very easy to navigate. Manny, the property manager, was excellent. Extremely responsive to any questions and always helpful. Being close to the national park was awesome, and having the small town nearby made shopping/eating/entertainment a breeze.

This home is everything that we've ever wanted in an AirBNB. If you are looking for a vacation home that's in the city, or in a touristy area, this it not it. Rather, if you want an authentic Puerto Rico neighborhood experience, this is it! The location was easy to find, as long as you used the Google Maps coordinate that is shared with you. We felt so at home. I spent most nights sitting on the rooftop, listening to the coquis frogs talking to one another. The neighbors that we met were so kind and welcoming. We needed to reach out to the hosts for a few things, and they were very responsive. I truly felt so at home and would have loved staying another week.... or even more ;-). The ocean was a quick two'ish block walk, totally flat and easy to walk. All in all, this was a lovely home, great neighborhood, and well worth the price.

This apartment had everything you can imagine: coffee making necessities, beach towels, 6 different sun screans, life jackets, all kinds of kitchenware…etc. It literally feels like you never left your home. If you forgot to bring anything, no worries. Most likely you will find what you need already available for you. The access to the pool and close proximity to the beach was a huge plus. Would definitely come again 🩷

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

We had a FANTASTIC stay! What a lovely place in a fantastic location. Looking out over the ocean from the massive window wall was a joy, as was opening it up for some ocean noise and fresh sea air! Our flight was delayed but communicating with Mr Ramos to get in later than 7 pm was quick and easy!

Spacious, clean, and stocked with all the essentials! Close to great beaches/bio luminescent kayaking. Appreciated the beach chairs, coolers, and sunscreen/bug spray.

Marcos place was just just as described . Very convenient to beach and walkable to nearby eats. An Uber away from everything! Well keep in mind for next time, for sure.

Lovely serene views of the lagoon especially in the evenings with Kayakers enjoying a sunset frolic. The accommodations were very convenient for a couple. The location is very walkable to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The host and the onsight representative were responsive and helpful. I would gladly recommend to friends and family.

Everything was as described, clean, and a perfect location. Felix was incredibly responsive and helpful.

The place is just what we needed to rest. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Although the building needs renovation, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a long stay in Puerto Rico. It is safe and comfortable. The host was very nice and attentive. One of the bedrooms is very small but you can manage just fine with the rest of the space. We would definitely would stay again.
