Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Carolina

My family of 4 stayed here for an entire week and we loved it, it was everything we needed. Alfredo was a great host and gave very clear instructions for check in/check out. The location of this place is near a lot of fantastic places to get food. The building felt very secure and the staff was friendly. Not to mention, THE VIEW! We hope to stay at Alfredo’s again next year!

Host was super responsive 1 issue arose and she responded right away. I traveled with a group of 12 and it was perfect.

This listing is a gem ! right next to the restaurants, 5 mins from the beach and loads of space. There were becah chairs and coolers that he had made available for us, very convenient. Manuel is an amazing host, he helped us find local car rentals when we couldn't find anything less than $300 per day online. He found us a local option and he even came down to visit us and check in on us.

Raisa’s place was exactly as listed. It had all types of things from beach towels, coolers to snacks and local recommendations. It’s a bit noisy because it is a corner house by a busy street but other than that i’d stay here again!

Great place to stay , area was safe , very secured , free parking , the apartment was very nice , host was responsive, close to airport & highways , I would definitely stay again next time I’m in P.R

Everything was clean, nicely decorated, big bed, big TV, nice balcony.

I enjoyed my stay . He extended my time for me due to my flight be delayed . That’s was very nice of him because he could have told me no. Highly recommended! Pool can be cleaner but over all it was a great place to stay . I would stay again . Quiet neighborhood. Appreciate him for being so nice and generous and being responsive fast

The house was absolutely perfect for our group, plenty of space for everyone to lounge, enjoy, and rest without disturbing each other. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and bars, plus a nearby supermarket for little necessities, and just a short Uber from anywhere in downtown San Juan or from the airport. All of the host rules were perfectly reasonable and didn't impose on us at all.

This place matched the description. Very clean. Pool area clean and safe for kids, we bring two 4 years old and they enjoy it a lot. They got coolers, beach chairs and a umbrella that way as a guest you can save money when going to visit some places since you have to rent all that. Parking is very important in PR in this AirBNB this is not a problem: Private garage with two spots and if you have more than two cars they can park outside the home without any problems. I would rent this place again👊🏼🇵🇷

Ricardo’s home was just as described. It was clean and comfortable. Our only suggestion is more comfortable seating in the living room (the couch is great, you could just use more).

Calix’s home was perfect for our group. The location is great and close to so many restaurants and stores. Calix was very responsive to questions and extremely helpful.

We had a great stay at Renier’s place, we were looking for something close to the airport and we’re so glad we chose this house, Renier and his son were super friendly and accommodating, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient stay in San Juan.

This place has a great value for the cost! There is street parking (which can be hard to get), a garage (very small), and a gated backyard to park your vehicle. I would recommend renting a bigger or raised car. There are a lot of dips in the road which can scratch the front bumper of a smaller car. We rented a Toyota Camry at first but very quickly switched to a jeep which solved that problem. It was a little loud at night because a bar/market across the street. We felt safe here the whole time and it was very comfortable. The shower pressure wasn’t the best, but that might be the norm in Puerto Rico. Having a washer and dryer made laundry easy after going to the beach and other excursions. Having a hose outside made it easy to wash sand off before going into the house as well. If we come back to Puerto Rico we will definitely consider this place to stay again.

We had a great time! Beds very comfortable! The view is amazing. Great space to hang out. Pool table and a lot of games in the cabinets kept everyone entertained! Easy 1 block walk to beach! We would absolutely come again!!

The location of this apartment was great. You can find everything within walking distance. Apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. Overall, it was a great stay. I would definatly recomend it.

The apartment is just as described and in excellent condition. Mari was very responsive. One night, around 1030-11p I locked myself out and not only did she respond promptly, she came to open the door as soon as possible. Thank you! I would definitely stay here again. Great location, beach access and restaurants nearby.

Don’t think twice about booking Tania’s place! It was my husband and I’s first time in PR and it was amazing! So much to do and such a beautiful island! Tania’s place was more than we could ask for! The location is great! I do recommend getting a car to get around and make the most out of your trip. Parking is included in the stay so you don’t have to worry about parking. Tania was very accommodating with checking in and out. I was very thankful for that. The place was clean and beautiful. She includes beach chair , towels, and cooler which saved us some money and made it easy for us to have a relaxing day at the beach. I cannot wait to come back to PR and stay here again!

We had an incredible experience staying at Jose's place! The property was just as described—beautiful, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect .

This place was so cute and comfortable! And the view! Gorgeous! We only stayed one night before we flew out the next morning but after being there I wished we had found it at the beginning of our trip. It’s close to everything you really need if you’re just staying in the city. One thing I saw that I really liked (even though we didn’t need it) was that there was beach chairs already in the apartment. Which is super convenient if you’re from the mainland. It was very clean and nice. Would stay again!

Marcos place was just just as described . Very convenient to beach and walkable to nearby eats. An Uber away from everything! Well keep in mind for next time, for sure.
