Great Studio apartment with great amenities and very clean like a hotel! About a 10 min walk uptown from the main Ventura strip and beach. Cars can be loud but closing the windows was enough to make it quite, if anything it added to the experience of being apart of the town! Lovely experience overall and the hosts were very helpful in any case. Will be back! Thank you!

location was excellent and extremely comfortable beds . had everything we needed. Walkable to beach and State Street. If traveling by car it will be quick. We will be back it's extremely beautiful.

The condo was perfect for our family beach stay during Spring Break. Everything was as described. Great location, right on the beach and the condo had everything we needed!

We loved this apartment. Worth every penny. Clean, comfortable, close to so many activities. A short lovely walk to the ocean, and a quick drive to the downtown area. The bed is super comfy, the kitchen well stocked, and the best shower EVER! Also, it’s a block and a half from a great little market, Rudy’s taqueria (highly recommend!), and a 7-11. Also we felt incredibly safe there with the keypad gates and the private parking. I cannot recommend this rental highly enough. Book it, you won’t regret it. 👍🥰

Celita and Steve were such wonderful hosts! With access to the whole house, they made sure I felt right at home and never failed to ensure I knew where I could find anything I could need. Their dogs, Hunter and Olivia, are the sweetest and are incredibly well behaved and made my stay all that much better! The residential area is far enough from the 101 that the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, without being too out of the way. If given the opportunity to visit Ventura again, I would definitely stay with them.

Jennifer and Tommy could not have been more gracious or kind. The room is comfortable and everything was very clean. The location is walkable and Carpinteria is fabulous. To top it off, they have the more adorable little sweet dog! One of my favorite AirBnB experiences ever! I look forward to returning.

We loved staying at Liz’s place! It was easy to walk to the beach and to downtown and funk zone. The space itself is comfortable and airy.

5++ stars!! This place was absolutely amazing and our family (2A, 2K- 10, 7) enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again next time we’re visiting relatives. All amenities were thoughtfully included to make our stay comfortable, right down to the beach tar wipes (which we needed!) and the delightful Wes Anderson coffee table book that we enjoyed reading. Location - Moments to the freeway, and the rest is all walkable- three blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier and On The Alley for a delicious bite and eight minutes to State and the Funk Zone. Grocery store and a pub are conveniently around the corner. House - As others have mentioned, the sound does carry from the other units, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We found the beds to be a bit soft and a clothes drying rack would be useful, but otherwise no complaints. Property is spotlessly clean, includes a good quality beach set, extra towels/linens, full sized laundry, parking and lovely outdoor patio/bbq area.

We stayed here with our two young daughters during spring break. It was close to the ocean and next to a nice park. The home was cute, stylish and clean. We were comfortable and had everything we needed for a couple of nights away from home. Laundry was easy to do, and I love a pour over coffee so I’m glad that was the coffee machine she has there. Great spot and recommend for others!

Julie’s place was a nice decorated apartment located in a tranquil block. It was clean, spacious and equipped with almost everything you need for daily life. Julie was very hospitable and can always solve our problems. The location was also very convenient as Whole Foods was just 3mins drive away. One thing wasn’t that perfect was during our stay, someone(probably sent by the management office) came to renovate the unit downstairs. They used glues that had a huge pungent smell and was believed to be toxic. I was forced to leave the house and stay outside for daylong. Of course, I believe it is a rare case and usually people will not encounter it. Overall it was a perfect place to stay in Thousand Oaks and I will definitely recommend it to all.

The building itself is close to the beach and ocean, so it shows some weathering. However, as soon as you step inside, it's Magical. The place was super clean and had everything you needed to be completely at home. The beds were super comfortable. We did not use the clubhouse so I can not comment on that. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come here again. Roza was so amazing and responsive. She is truly a Super host! Thank you Roza 😊 💓

We loved staying here! Great location, walkable to beach, restaurants, grocery and even our sons school:) we stayed for 4 months and had a blast! Definitely recommend to stay especially if you need a long stay..

The West Beach Casita was perfect for our two-couple weekend in Santa Barbara. The space is even more attractive in person -- big windows, healthy plants, comfortable and clean furnishings. The lovely location is quiet and yet convenient to walk to the Funk Zone and the beach, with lots of fun restaurants, bars and shops minutes away. Lara was the best Airbnb host I've rented from. So proactive, responsive and she even left us a delicious homemade sourdough bread. What a treat! I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

Linda's home was the perfect place for our team while we were working in the area. Very close to restaurants and grocery. Her home was clean and cared for. Linda was always responsive to any question. We needed to extend our stay, and the process was easy to navigate with Linda's support, which took pressure off of our plate. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful home while we were working away from our own home.

Carpinteria is incredible already - have visited many times. We love the quiet area, everything in walking distance to the condo, and a beautiful calm beach literally 'right next door.' The condo was exactly as advertised, very cute, comfortable, well appointed, great refrigerator, and lots of space to unpack our simple belongings. Amanda also provided local tips that were much appreciated! There were even beach chairs and beach towels! We loved sitting on the balcony as the sun was setting to wind down each day! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
