Holiday rentals in Carrick Mountain

Despite not getting to stay the night due to a water pump failure. Belle was super helpful and responsive in organising a back up for us. She was also kind enough to still have us in to use the Sauna. At which time I got a sneak peak of the property, and wow. Even more beautiful than the photos, pristine & homely. Nestled in the beautiful wicklow mountains we will certainly be back.

Thank you for your apartment. It offered a perfect location for our family to have a base to stay while at a family event. The place is very well kitted out and has everything you need to enjoy a city break. Public transport is nearby and the dunnes stores on the ground floor has every kind of grocery item you could ask for. The neighbours are friendly and helpful. We will be back again!

Such a beautiful place and Olivia couldn't have been more supportive the whole stay. Everything was genuinely perfect and we can't wait to come back in the future! Hugely recommend to anyone who wants a really special stay

Highly recommend staying at Declan's if you get the chance! The property is a lovely clean spacious house close to a beautiful beach and a short drive to all the amenities you could want, as well as lots of places to visit and things to do in the south east of Ireland. The fireplace in the living area is a real focal point of the property, and makes the space so cosy. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen: we had all the pots and pans needed to cook as if we were at home. Declan himself is a fantastic host - super responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything was so easy and it was a joy to stay there. Thank you, Declan!

The home was nice and had plenty of lighting and seating. There was more than enough storage room. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything was as described. Communication and response were excellent! If I ever go back to Dublin, I hope that I can stay there again.

Previous reviews mention the wood burner stove, which was lit when we arrived and was a delightful and welcoming sight. There is also an excellent heating system for the house and for hot water when the log burner is out. Great powerful showers. Peaceful location and great farmhouse style kitchen with large table. Ours was a brief but enjoyable stay, unfortunately not enough time to explore the surrounding area as we were visiting relations.

We had a lovely stay in Blackwater. Luke was very helpful and always responsive to any queries. The farmhouse was beautiful and the hot tub was a lovely touch. All the locals were very friendly and we had a lovely walk in Curracloe Beach
