Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cary

Perfect location for an NC State / downtown Raleigh weekend. Walkable and runnable to anywhere on Hillsborough! Lee was very responsive and check in was flexible which saved us since we were traveling from out of town! There was laundry and a really nice outdoor space. We got both the units to accommodate my friends and I! Would stay here again.

Eva was so communicative and helpful. There were small touches that made it feel more like a home. Cleanliness was great. The instructions made everything so easy. Was the perfect place for the holidays.

Hubby, dogs and I needed a place to stay after selling our home and waiting for our (buying) closing date. We work from home so having space to work from was a plus. Their place had a dining table and a desk in one of the rooms, which worked perfect for us. We had an AC issue upon arrival and again the second day , but Zacharias was very responsive and got everything taken care of. Since we had an extended stay I ordered from Amazon and they delivered to the owner’s mailbox instead of the doorstep. Zach was able to help me retrieve my package without involving Amazon. We were so thankful to find a place that allowed dogs and felt more like home than a hotel.

We stayed here over Christmas and it was a great place for our family to spread out while visiting extended family for the holidays. The view from the living room is spectacular! All the furnishings are in great condition. Overall, a great trip.

We would definitely stay again. It was well appointed and served our purposes well while there to see 4 colleges. It’s close to lots of places to eat. Wish we’d had better weather to enjoy the back yard.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at suburban peace. The house is so welcoming, bright and clean! It is perfect for families and all ages. The game room is so much fun with something for everyone. It is fully stocked with everything you would want from fresh linens, well equipped kitchen to extra pet supplies like toys , poop bags and bowls. The fully fenced back yard is also a great space for families and dogs to enjoy. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Easy to get around and find everything you need. Our hosts were super friendly, helpful and quick to respond! I would 10 out of 10 recommend suburban peace to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. We look forward to our next visit! Five stars all around!!!!!

A nice location in a quiet neighborhood. House was as advertised! Host very quick to respond to requests and was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

This place was in an amazing location! We actually had snow the first night and could have walked to many fantastic restaurants if roads got slick. The apartment is upstairs, but we had zero noise from downstairs and temperature was easy to adjust. Sleeping was fantastic either way darkening shades and super comfy linens. The kitchen was well thought out with many small details already ready for us! It was cozy, but the layout smart for function. I loved the decor and unique art scattered through. The host was very generous with a late checkout so my son could shower after his camp before we boarded the plane. It is close to Franklin Street fun and a short jog to UNC campus. I would be happy to return!

This was the perfect place for us. We wanted to explore downtown Raleigh and loved that it was walking distance to so many great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, museums and shopping. It was also perfect for our New Years Eve celebration because it allowed us to walk directly to where all festivities were avoiding traffic and parking. The place itself is absolute charming, super clean, very well appointed and definitely cozy and comfortable,. We greatly appreciated all the special touches great instructions and helpful local tips. Matt was terrific to communicate with and made it a wonderful experience. We look forward to coming back and staying here again!

We had an amazing stay at Stephen’s place. Such a warm and inviting space. Well decorated with things to see, read and enjoy throughout the apartment. Everywhere we turned we’d find something else to make us smile or laugh. Stephen met us upon on arrival and showed around. We met the cats who were very friendly and Boomer the poodle. We were here in winter so the garden wasn’t much to see, but you can tell it’s amazing in the spring and summer months. Hopefully we will be back to enjoy it. The apartment is the most well stocked BnB we’ve ever stayed at. All complimentary. Beds were very comfortable, and the fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere. We felt very much at home here. Checkout was a breeze and we were sad to leave. I would give Stephen’s place 10 stars if I could and I would highly recommend staying here for a couple days while in the area. Amazing space. Thank you Stephen for putting so much thought and care into taking care of your guests.

Amazing location and beautiful, spacious apartment with fantastic outdoor spaces! Be mindful of the kitchen (mini fridge and lack of oven) and lack of laundry when booking, which are as advertised.

I can’t say anything short of amazing. Joshua was extremely accommodating throughout the entire stay. He included everything we would need or had forgotten in the apartment. The place was also in a really good area!

Rental unit was as described, very clean and easy to check in. Location is great - walkable to downtown. The bed was SO comfortable, and the linens were nice.

This apt was spotless! It is in an older, 1953, building but the renovation to this unit was great! All new appliances, updated bathroom, new doors and walls. It was also decorated beautifully, very modern. Very importantly, the hosts were extrememly responsive. We had left our home in Raleigh due to a renovation, so we were at the mercy of our contractor for check in/check out times and it was never a problem. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Andrea's condo for a few days in February of '25. Andrea and the Triangle BNB crew were very responsive, polite, and informative. The price was more than fair and the neighborhood was very quiet. If given the chance, I would absolutely come back.

The apartment is very well located, walking distance (about 1.4 miles) to Village District with very good shopping, restaurants and entertainment, and about the same distance to downtown Raleigh and the historic sites. The place was perfect for my remote work week - good work surfaces, fast internet, huge TV monitor that I used to extend my screens. The check in instructions are a little unclear but once I was in, everything was as described. I was grateful I was able to get in a little early. Pro tip - use the coffee shop as a landmark and navigate from there. The cleaners use a very strong scent in their products. I found it off putting. I unplugged the air freshener and opened the windows and door, which helped a bit. The mattress is pretty firm but otherwise comfortable. The water pressure from the shower head is shockingly strong. It's up pretty high on the wall. Once I climbed up and changed the setting I was fine. I loved that there are lots of hangars.

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Great stay in quiet area near the Villages and NC State. Lots of space and everything we needed. Great central location with easy drive to anywhere in Raleigh.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Fuquay Varina. It is a great location and easy to find. It is walkable to downtown and parks and restaurants. Kathy is very responsive to any problems or questions and has been flexible with my travel plans to the area. She is easy to work with and professional and friendly. The building is quiet; there are 4 other units but there is little noise. The unit is clean and has anything you might need. And, close to my heart…lots of hooks and labels on items. There is a lovely porch with table and chairs and steps to the back yard. She even provided a step stool in a closet that I ended up using several times during my stay. There are a few start ups that are appreciated like foil, spices and even olive oil. All of the cleaning supplies are provided so you don’t have to bring anything. Washer and dryer is a nice touch too. I highly recommend this rental which is comparable to the hotel in Holly Springs in price.
