Vintage house on the hillside

Ancient farmhouse furnished with vintage and Italian design furniture. I like the idea of not throwing things away and adapting them again with a new feature telling the story of those who owned them. The house surrounded by a private garden is full of biodiversity. We are in a beautiful panoramic position with 360° view of the hills and the plain 15 min. drive from Reggio Emilia, 1 hour drive from Bologna, 40 min. from Milan, 2 and 1/2 hours from Rome and 1 hour from Florence (via high speed train).

Bilocale nel centro storico di Reggio Emilia ristrutturato nel 2020. L’appartamento si trova al piano terra all’interno di cortile condominiale ed è composto da soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera da letto, antibagno e bagno. In pochi minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere i luoghi d’interesse della città e numerosi locali punto di ritrovo e centro della vita Reggiana. Da segnalare il sabato mattina in Piazza Fontanesi il caratteristico mercato del contadino con prodotti del territorio.

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation surrounded by greenery, 4 km from the lake, on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking vineyards with the lake as a backdrop, a kitchen with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a swimming pool with a lifeguard, and 3 very large tubs where your children can always play supervised. Private indoor parking, wifi, small pets allowed. Strategic location outside of the chaos of the center, located on some of the main bike paths of the garda.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet place, in the middle of nature for relaxing vacations away from the chaos. Our house was renovated in 2013, 5 minutes from Varsi in the province of Parma, 15 minutes from Bardi(famous for its majestic castle), 15 minutes from Varano de Melegari( where L autodromo Paletti is located), 25 minutes from Fornovo di Taro (where there is the motorway toll booth)and 50 km from the city of Parma and Borgo val di Taro.
