the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

Joan had a very clean place. Very close to restaurants, easy to get to public transportation. The apartment had everything you need. Joan was very responsive to any questions I had. Would absolutely stay at this place again.

Loved my stay at Alicia’s place. There were a few inconveniences such as some flooding (out of the hosts control) and some power issues - got figured out. I would stay there again if i came back to castelló

Very nice apartment! Everything was available as described. Pool is great, sea can be reached in 3 minutes, restaurant is available in the complex, other restaurants are about 10-15 minutes (along the beach) on foot. Bus stop 3 minutes away. Small supermarket in about 5-10 minutes on foot. For more shopping, you have to drive more to the center. Contact worked out very well. We were picked up from the airport for a fee as agreed and then were able to move into the apartment right away. Finally, we had a great vacation and we would also recommend this apartment.

First time in Valencia and loved it. El Cabanyal is a fascinating neighbourhood and great place to locate. Espe was a very responsive and communicative host and made some top recommends for bars and restaurants. Also a brilliant little secondhand bookshop (English and Spanish) just round the corner if you're looking for a holiday read. And saw several good live bands all in strolling distance. The house was just what we were looking for, with the rooftop patio a bonus even in the dead of winter. The beach is less than 5 mins walk away, ditto the Mercadona and the local indoor food market where you can get fresh produce daily. Easy to get buses into the old city or to hire bikes and take to the many cycle lanes. One tip: we went in Jan/Feb when it can be cold early morning/evening especially, and aircon doesn't always cut it for heating, so if you're going then, take some warm clothes. Overall a fab stay and would return without hesitation: you can fall in love with this place.

The apartment has been tastefully renovated, and well-equipped. There are enough cabinets to store clothes. We also enjoyed the heating as the weather was abnormally cold and rainy. Eugenia has thought of a lot of small practical details that make life easier, which is not often the case in vacation rentals. Eugenia is very responsive in case of any problems. For example, there was a power outage on the day of our arrival and she immediately arranged an emergency repair, which was done the same evening! The apartment is located a few minutes from the beach and very close to bus and subway stops to go directly to the city center. There is a large supermarket 10 minutes walk away and grocery stores and bazaars nearby. The only inconvenience that bothered us a little was the lack of view of the outside. Otherwise, having rented a lot of apartments in this area, I can say that it is a quality accommodation.

We felt very comfortable. The sea is around the corner, shopping nearby. Everything very clean and kitchen well furnished. Two bedrooms face the street, so it was rather noisy. One to the yard side was perfect. We would come back! Thanks Amparo!

The apartment is located outside of Valencia, but is very easy to reach. Right on your doorstep, there is a bus in your city. I really enjoyed being in this cozy and quiet place after long trips in town. My highlight was that you could heat! That would have been very cold in March.

Martinez’s place is amazing. Very well described and looked exactly like the photos. Loved that we had a supermarket directly opposite. Martinez was a great host, always answered messages quickly and gave us recommendations and very helpful and clear instructions on the public transport. Would 100% recommend to anyone. From minute one Joaquin and Roberto were 100% with us. They helped us transport our luggage and any questions we had resolved it. We were at home and will surely repeat again soon. The only "inconvenience" we had was that the wifi stopped working the last 24h of the instance, but it was not a serious issue because we had our internet data on the phone and it could be resolved. The apartment is very well equipped, there is no need to bring anything from home. Maybe bring you the air fryer if you want to use it but the rest is very well equipped. I recommend it to 200% The area in the month of March is very quiet but surely in summer season there is much more atmosphere. This home does not have parking but just one street away is a campsite with lights that is phenomenal for parking. Thank you very much for everything

We had a great stay with our family. Clean and fully equipped apartment. Very quick instructions and replies from the host. Clean residence with pool. Nearby beach and nearby activities: cave, zoo, aquarium, rafting... Perfect stay, we'll be happy to come back.
