David and his wife were the Best!! Their place was better than described! The walking trails to Faleiro restaurant and in town were perfect for us! Food in the area amazing. Fruit and Grechetto wine was provided in the apartment. 3 stories with 3 separate balconies to enjoy Lake Trasimeno and Mountains! If we return to Umbria IT it will be with David without question!! The best airbnb in Italy so far out of 5... Had a farewell beer and wine with David last night! Perfecto!!! Thanks so much. Jim and Jennifer

We delighted in our stay at Marcelo's place. His and Donna's renovation of a medieval, in-town house is impeccable. A substantial degree of professional interior design is evident in the minimalism, yet all works flow historically. The lower-level spa and sauna are hedonistic yet blend beautifully with the rustic ambiance. The technology underlying the works is largely absent from view - yet functional. The first floor features a kitchen which will not disappoint an avid chef. The sitting area is minimalist but softened by clever, "soft" upholstery choices, cushions and comforting throws. Selective sculpture and objects d'art complete the picture. The surface treatment of walls is superb, as if revealing centuries of habitation in layers, each agreeing with one another in terms of tone and pallet. The rendering and paint work is first rate. For the aesthete and practical traveller alike, Marcelo's place offers a considered, curated view into the past embraced by the present.

Very beautiful place and very peaceful. Beautiful area to visit Umbria and its many famous sites. Giuseppina and her son Maurizio are lovely hosts. Very helpful and friendly. Overall a beautiful experience. Two comments: to reach the toilet one has to cross one of the bedrooms (not a problem for us but good to know). And many restaurants in Magione were already closed in October (not the hosts’ ‘mistake’ but good to know too).

Miralaghi is a very special place. We enjoyed the peaceful and quiet area around the house. There are a lot of activities to do, we really loved the long walks and the outdoor whirlpool as well as the playground and all the toys for the children. Marie Luisa is very friendly and helpful. Be aware that the road to get there is a little bumpy

Definitely recommend! Sabina and Monica were incredibly helpful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and warm and was in a great location. Thanks for such a great stay!

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well maintained in the aesthetics and furnishings. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we needed. Really far exceeded our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring the surroundings by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Really, thank you so much for your extraordinary hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old boy and it was very nice to discover new readings for him too, present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! We had such a wonderful stay at Tom & Colleen’s place. Their renovation of an historic property is fantastic—lovely rooms with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and then some. We really appreciated being able to do a bit of laundry, and also having olive oil and basic spices in the cabinet too! Tom and Colleen also have so much helpful information about the local area—history, day tours, restaurant recommendations, everything. I do recommend having a rental car, but the company they recommended was very affordable and we had a great experience. Truly cannot recommend them enough. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

If you want to stay near the city and at the same time close to nature, Meinolf's place is for you! Amidst the olive trees, with a breathtaking view, this beautiful typical residence is the perfect base for visiting the area. In addition, Meinolf is particularly kind and welcoming, as is her son.
