Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Castel di Sangro

This is a lovely little house over 2 floors in the middle of the Sulmona's historic centre, close to a number of bars, restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet location. Cantini di Biffi, very close by, is a particular favourite restaurant of mine! Sulmona is a beautiful town to stroll around, with a lot of history to discover, and close to the mountains for those who want to enjoy nature. The house itself is ideal for one or two, and the terrace on the top floor is perfect for enjoying an evening drink or a breakfast coffee. Everything in the house was clean and tidy, and the host, who met me at check in, was charming. As I had to do some work while I was there, the reliable Wi-Fi was a great boon. The only negative I can think of, although it didn't really bother me, was that the stairs are quite steep, which could be an issue for those with limited mobility.

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!

Pierluigi gave very good directions and was very helpful in every way. The place is good if you want to have some peace and quiet and cook for yourself. A car is needed when visiting the town of Sulmona.

The accommodation in Vestogirardi is exceptional, inside and out. Access via a courtyard, like in a castle. Perfectly renovated, very cleverly developed, comfortable. Compliments to the architects, large living room with kitchen in the vault, enclosed sleeping area. No antique junk, everything very functional. The reception was very friendly, well organized. Recommended for cyclists, hikers and people who don't necessarily want to lie on the beach.

Lovely place, an oasis of peace and silence surrounded by nature, equipped with every comfort. The cottage is beautifully renovated, beautiful and functional. We loved the garden with olive trees and lemons, overlooking the sea and enjoyed beautiful walks nearby. The dirt stretch of road to reach the cottage is short and easy, and guarantees the absolute privacy of the stay. Highly recommended ❤️

We had a great stay here while we were exploring the Abruzzo region. House was immaculately clean and while traveling with a group of 4 we felt like we had our own separate rentals in one house. Best shower I had while I was in Italy. The host was very communicative and accommodating to us. Wish we would have had time to stay longer to enjoy the house more. There is so much beauty in this part of Italy and this makes a great home base if you are looking for a place in the area

Bnb was very clean and the design and layout is very cute and tasteful. Arianna was very responsive and friendly. Very cute and friendly dog makes sure you're safe make sure you pet her and let her know she's doing a good job. The blinds on the window are so good they don't let in a single ray of light so be sure not to oversleep!

The place was perfect! We were two couples traveling together. The views were spectacular with snow capped mountains. Barbara made our dinner reservations for us at amazing restaurants in the town of Sulmona, Italy. The place had two en-suite bathrooms, very comfortable and clean.

Very nice and functional apartment in a very welcoming setting with a very large swimming pool and numerous activities and restaurants within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Barbara was always very precise and punctual in communications, she gave us great tips for activities and where to eat! The trabocco experience is also beautiful!

Elisa is a wonderful host, in the moment of difficulty to look for accommodation in Casino she came to meet me. She gave me all the directions for restaurants, historic center, shopping for local gifts.

Fabiola, the owner, is really so kind as the other reviews say. At the time of booking, she immediately contacted us giving us all the necessary details. During our stay at the property, we also asked for useful information that was very valuable. The place is beautiful and quiet, great for unplugging if you live in big cities. 40 minutes from the slopes of Roccaraso (with uncrowded roads) I think the location is great and a strategic place for those who want to visit the park nearby. The accommodation is very clean and equipped with everything you need.

I was very pleased with my week's stay in this house. It was exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful oasis not far from the beautiful Trabocchi coast. In addition to the house, garden and area, the pleasant surprise was also Nico's welcome, his kindness and the care he personally reserves for the guest with his breakfasts, real morning pampering. If you want to experience nature and Italian culture this place is perfect. The host and his mother are amazing, they were very kind and considerate, we felt at our grandparents' house. Dona Ilda, the host's mother, she is always ready to help, she made us many delicious foods, always very cheerful and willing, a great company for you to talk and learn more about Italians. The house is well tidy and the place is very calm, we could not have made a better choice. We'll definitely be back, there's nothing better than traveling and feeling at home🏡.

Marco has a very nice, clean and comfortable space. His outdoor back porch was our favorite place! His town is very quiet and peaceful and we had so much fun playing in the Tocco pickleball tournament. Marco is very responsive and really ensures you are pleased with your stay. We would stay here again!

Andrea's house has all the comforts, warm, great spaces and a stone's throw from the center of Campo Di Giove. The area is very quiet, with the possibility of easy parking, a great point to take trails and live in total relaxation without sacrificing comfort. We had spare parts, sheets, dishes, everything we needed for our stay. Andrea is a thoughtful and responsive host: he made us find the building with the heating already started and a good bottle of wine. We stayed with our three-year-old, in a winter time and had a great time. Thanks again! It's worth going back!

"Three fairy-tale days" Warm and cozy apartment, wood creates a lot of atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The owner Lucilla was available to meet our every request. All amplified by the fact that it is just a few minutes from the ski fields. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect welcome, as soon as we arrived Lucia welcomed us by showing us the whole house, she left us a printed sheet where we could consult it to see all the attractions in the areas. We had a great time and had lots of fun. Whenever we contacted her, she responded in minutes. Beautiful apartment, we'll be back!

Mark was a perfect host and his home is meticulously renovated. All the comforts of home in a stunning historic location. Loved that we could enjoy the beautiful sunrise each day from the living room/terrace. Easy access to small Majella villages and the national parks. Hope to visit again!!

Beautiful place in a perfect area, 10 minutes from the slopes. The house has everything you need, everything new and we really appreciated the living area with smart TV and fireplace. Perfect for spending a few days in the snow. Timely and present host framework. We'll definitely be back!
