Property surrounded by greenery, with large lawn spaces and large trees, waterfall of fresh water from the mountains, pond, everything as advertised. We are a functional farm whose only defect is the dirt road that runs along the barrea lake. We will be back for sure both because the place is ideal for excursions in the area and then because our dogs didn't want to leave anymore.

This is a lovely little house over 2 floors in the middle of the Sulmona's historic centre, close to a number of bars, restaurants and shops, but still in a quiet location. Cantini di Biffi, very close by, is a particular favourite restaurant of mine! Sulmona is a beautiful town to stroll around, with a lot of history to discover, and close to the mountains for those who want to enjoy nature. The house itself is ideal for one or two, and the terrace on the top floor is perfect for enjoying an evening drink or a breakfast coffee. Everything in the house was clean and tidy, and the host, who met me at check in, was charming. As I had to do some work while I was there, the reliable Wi-Fi was a great boon. The only negative I can think of, although it didn't really bother me, was that the stairs are quite steep, which could be an issue for those with limited mobility.

Was a great house, very private, Gabrielle was very responsive and helpful. It is very very quiet at night and very dark, so I suggest maybe bring a night light with you if you can’t sleep in total darkness. Very nice bathroom and kitchen and an easy private place to park. Over all very good. 5 stars.

and my partner had a great time at this property, 20 minutes from Roccaraso with a parking space inside , we already stayed here and had a great time. Pierluigi, the host, is a great person who is sociable and always ready to respond to anything. She gave us a good wine from her production. Excellent value for money. Ah I forgot to say something very important and one of the few in Sulmona to have the parking space inside the property

We adored our weekend in Vastogirardi thanks to Natalina’s flexibility, helpful kindness, and comfortable apartment. Staying in the castle was special, affording privacy and beautiful views of Alta Molise. It had everything we needed and we were able to walk anywhere in the village we needed. The people were welcoming and kind and we look forward to returning to both Vastogirardi and Natalina’s lovely home.

A vacation overlooking beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to spacious spaces, with attention to detail. From the large windows light comes in from dawn to dusk and the livable kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only downside is the lack of light in the ones on the lower floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is an important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. BBQ grill, pool, pool tables and Ping Pong table are the icing on the cake, which have made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously highly recommended.

Bnb was very clean and the design and layout is very cute and tasteful. Arianna was very responsive and friendly. Very cute and friendly dog makes sure you're safe make sure you pet her and let her know she's doing a good job. The blinds on the window are so good they don't let in a single ray of light so be sure not to oversleep!

Barbara was a very nice hostess, who also let us have some extra time to check out. I would highly recommend.

Very nice and functional apartment in a very cozy context with a very large pool and numerous activities and restaurants reachable on foot or in a few minutes by car. Barbara was always very precise and punctual in her communications, she gave us great tips for activities and where to eat! The overflow experience is also beautiful!

Fabiola, the owner, is really as kind as the other reviews say. At the time of booking, you immediately reached out to us with all the necessary details. On the days of our stay at the listing, we also asked for useful information that was invaluable. The place is beautiful and quiet, great for unplugging if you live in big cities. 40 minutes from the slopes of Roccaraso(with small crowded streets) I consider the location great and a strategic place even for those who want to visit the nearby park. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need.

From the generous breakfast foodstuffs and all toiletries and supplies, this is one of the best Airbnb experiences possible. Thank you again and we hope to return again

I was very satisfied with my week of stay in this house. It was exactly what I was looking for. Peaceful oasis not far from the beautiful overflowing coastline. In addition to the house, the garden and the area, the pleasant surprise was also Nico's welcome, his kindness and the care he personally reserves to the guest with his breakfasts, real morning cuddles. Marco has a very nice, clean and comfortable space. His outdoor back porch was our favorite place! His town is very quiet and peaceful and we had so much fun playing in the Tocco pickleball tournament. Marco is very responsive and really ensures you are pleased with your stay. We would stay here again!

Andrea's house has all the comforts, warm, great spaces and a stone's throw from the center of Campo Di Giove. The area is very quiet, with the possibility of easy parking, a great point to take trails and live in total relaxation without sacrificing comfort. We had spare parts, sheets, dishes, everything we needed for our stay. Andrea is a thoughtful and responsive host: he made us find the building with the heating already started and a good bottle of wine. We stayed with our three-year-old, in a winter time and had a great time. Thanks again! It's worth going back!

"Three fairy-tale days" Warm and cozy apartment, wood creates a lot of atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The owner Lucilla was available to meet our every request. All amplified by the fact that it is just a few minutes from the ski fields. Highly recommended!!!

In the center of the village the large house with a small garden perfect for sunny days, Mrs. Lucia is very kind and very helpful. We will definitely be back. The price is a little high for one night but still gives you the opportunity to park your car inside and flexible check-in, so you can do it. Meeting with close-up deer. Tip.

I had an amazing stay in Abruzzo! The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views and everything I needed—restaurants, bars, and shops—just steps away. The town itself offers incredible value for money, with easy access to hiking, skiing, and beaches. A huge thank you to my fantastic host, who went above and beyond by meeting me at check-in despite my late arrival and ensuring I was completely comfortable before leaving. Their hospitality truly made my stay even better. I highly recommend this place and would love to return!
