Paguro Bernardo is a lovely little apartment of 35 square meters. Comfortable. Ideal for those traveling as a couple, with friends or even for tourism or work, it is a typical two-room apartment in the heart of the historical center just renovated by an architect with furnishings from various parts of Italy . It has a particular wrought iron staircase. Like many places typical of old Genoa, it has exposed wooden beams (for this reason, in the room above the bed, the ceiling is 1.85 m high). Very central!

Monti beach vacation

Our house is immersed in the Ligurian countryside, in the first hinterland, only 4 km from the sea. Nearby, a stream accompanies time with its sweet sound. In the evening and for a good part of the day you can enjoy a fresh breeze even in the hottest summers. Rarely do you hear noises other than those of nature: wild boars, badgers, roe deer, cicadas, crickets, roosters and chickens. Parking is 100 meters from the house, You have to walk a path that also consists of stairs. WE ARE NOT DRIVEABLE

Overlooking a beautiful beach in a typical Genoese palace is this small and refined fully renovated attic with freshly finished and finely furnished bathroom and kitchen with a breathtaking view of the bay of Santa Margherita and Portofino which is located only 3 km away. HOUSE WITHOUT ELEVATOR WITH 4 FLOORS OF STAIRS, A little STRENUOUS plus one but compensated by a unique view! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LARGE SUITCASES both for the staircase and the small space of the attic.
