Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

A small, fine loft with separate bathroom. 1 open space for sleeping/cooking/eating/living. The loft is ideal for 2 people, but on the sofa bed (120 cm wide) could still sleep a 3rd person or even 2 children. The entire loft was built exclusively with high-quality materials such as natural oiled larch parquet and natural lime plaster, for a pleasant and healthy living climate. A bijou who built the hosts with a lot of passion and attention to detail.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. From the train station to our house it is a 15-20 minute walk. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is on the slope, it goes quite up and has a lot of stairs. From the house on foot to the old town it is 5 minutes.
