We spent a lovely Christmas here as a family of four with our dog pepper. Lovely decor, amenities, kitchen full of everything you need, lots of games for us to play. Great location, lots of fab dog walks, great shops nearby - overall a fantastic stay!

Just had a wonderful weekend staying here for my 50th birthday. It was more than what we expected. Photos don’t do the size of the rooms justice. So many things for the kids (and adults) to play with. The cup cakes and bottles of fizz was a lovely welcome. Sonia was a brilliant host and we would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful week in this lovely cottage right in the centre of Beer. The house was perfect for our needs, even more spacious than we expected, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The private parking, which was essential for us, really made for a stress free holiday. The communication from the hosts was spot on, with lots of useful information provided before we went. Many thanks Nikki and Chris, hopefully we'll be back!

This is a lovely home from home and a perfect base for visiting Cardiff city which is a 25 min walk away or a 5/10 minute uber - Kath was very helpful and friendly and responsive - this is very obviously a home, which is lovely, and has everything needed for a stay - definitely recommend and we plan on returning.

Wish we’d stayed longer! A beautiful home, perfectly situated, with stunning gardens. Giant magnolias, blossom trees, a vegetable garden and more make this a peaceful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Great house and as described. We did feel it was a shame that the garden was quite stark with no plants or greenery

Me, My partner and 3 children stayed here for one night before heading to longleat safari park. The place was in immaculate condition with plenty of trinkets / games to keep the kids entertained. We had a great stay at Di and Stephen’s house. The location is excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. The heated pool is a huge bonus and our daughters absolutely loved it. They also loved the playground and spent many happy hours in the garden. Thank you for a lovely stay!

What a beautiful home to spend some time with family and friends. The pool, hot tub and trampoline were absolutely amazing. We had perfect weather for outdoor entertainment. The kitchen was so full of everything you’d ever need! They really have thought of everything. It was like home from home Super comfortable beds We would highly recommend to a any family wanting a weekend doing nothing but pool fun with the kids x

Me and my partner have just finished our stay with alpine grove and would highly recommend visiting. We stayed in the woodpecker lodge and from the log burner to the hot tub everything about this lodge was perfect, Kieth and Serena service is amazing and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Simply perfect! I'd like to say our stay was terrible so no-one else finds this fantastic hide-away but I can't. As soon as we stepped inside, we immediately relaxed. The decor and view create a peaceful environment that we all enjoyed. The pool and fire-pit were the kids favourite. Easy walk into Lyme Regis with lots of independent shops, fossil hunting and restaurants. Mike has been brilliant - communication has been excellent. We were all super sad to leave! Hopefully we will get back there soon.

A lovely quiet location 5 min walk to a beautiful quiet harbour beach and 5 mins drive to Hamworthy Beach. The beach hut is an amazing addition with all the extras inside ! The communication was top notch! The caravan was homely welcoming comfortable had everything and more you would need the games and books kept our three boys amused! Clean tidy and accommodating! Would defo come back and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely weekend. The Davis Family :)

We chose Jo's place as it was close to Charmouth (11 mins) and Lyme Regis (14 mins by car). Our 6 year old son wanted to go fossil hunting. We arrived at Jo's cottage and she was there to greet us. She is very friendly and welcoming as well as her lovely dog Ruby. Jo also provided us with a travel cot and a changing mat for our 3 month old baby boy too, which was helpful. Jo provided us with a wheel barrow to carry our belongings to the Duck House as it was a little walk round the cottage. It's cosy and had all we needed. Our son liked the children's room he slept in and enjoyed the toys/games provided. My partner and my son did go in the swimming pool, however it was cold for our baby to go into. Jo did provide some bread, home made marmalade (that was lovely), butter, jam and milk. There was no hot water when we woke but when we contacted Jo she was straight on it and sorted it before we went out for the day. We enjoyed our stay - Thank you Jo.

Went away for Easter weekend with my partner and doggo! Gemma and family greeted us on arrival showed us around and left us be 🙂 they were always close if we needed anything! The place was so lovely and clean like a home away from home! Hot tub was lovely 🥰

We enjoyed a 2 night stay over Easter weekend. Friendly and helpful welcome from Mark. The place is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. It’s a convenient location to access the Jurassic Coast. We didn’t have time to explore the surrounding countryside, which was a shame as lovely area. Comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space. Appreciated the dressing table with mirror, near a plug socket - excellent! (Too few places have this). Our son slept well on the comfortable sofa bed - which was easy to set up. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

The cottage is gorgeous and Virginie ensured we had everything we needed for a luxurious and cosy stay. The garden is perfect for a dog, and there are lots of lovely walks on the doorstep!

Superb cottage with very good facilities set in a great location to explore and enjoy Dorset and the Jurassic coast. We would return again.

A lovely stay at Springwood, it was a nice home that was spacious, clean, safe and in a good location. Property was behind the residential address, but not too close that it felt imposing. A mixture of staying in as my son is preparing for his GCSE’s, and trying a few walks recommended in the welcome pack. A great place to relax and enjoy the countryside. The dog friendly Three Legged Cross pub, which is in walking distance (15-20 minutes) is welcoming, we all had a lovely meal there one afternoon. Would definitely recommend staying here for the all round qualities it has to offer.

Utterly fantastic weekend for our family get away and celebrations - Fiona and Spencer couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Just a brilliant weekend which we’ll never forget. Best spot imaginable !

It was a tastefully decorated and furnished property. With everything you could possibly want. All very clean and tidy and a lovely outside space. Would highly recommend. Oh and the beds were very comfortable.
