Ashley's place was perfect for a Dell's getaway! It was extremely comfortable for four people, and in such a great location. Ashley was very good at communicating and made sure the check in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend this place for a small family or a small group. Riv’s Cottage is so cute and cozy. The staff was nice, everything you needed was on the Resort. I took my kids for Spring Break, we also went into town which is only 10mins away, waterparks, Arcades and good eats! If you want a home away from home check out Riv’s place, you won’t be disappointed.

This condo is very nice, spacious and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great view of the lake from the balcony. I stayed in the winter; will definitely book again in the summer.

We had a wonderful stay at Spring Brook Resorts. Our family could all gather together in one space, with a lot of sleeping accommodations. Having the indoor pool and hot tub was great for the kids, and we were within minutes of many family friendly attractions! Would definitely stay again!

Exceptional view of the lake with great amenities. Sunrise right into home, so it's light and bright. Shade in the later afternoon/evening on the deck (overlooking lake), so that space was fantastic too. Main level has master suite and primary bath with tub/shower combo; open floorplan kitchen/dining/living area and fantastic walk-out deck with grill and table to seat a crowd. Above ground deck means fewer mosquitos! Second floor level is a 'bunk' room for multiple guests (but no bathroom up there). Lower level has second master bedroom with additional bathroom; bar area and another walk-out ground floor deck. Overall fantastic spaces, well outfitted for a small family or a crowd. Rowboat and kayaks weren't used (too cold - water was 50 degrees!). Fishing rods too. Thank you for the very nice place to stay!

Great location for fishing either lake or the river. Roomy, open space. Great U driveway, so you don't have to back in a boat trailer. Frank is very accommodating and communicates well.

We had a very nice stay with a multi-generational family of 7 plus 2 dogs. The location was great (we were able to watch ducks and bald eagles from the pier). The house was very well equipped and spacious, and provided many spaces for us to gather and move around. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs. The host was very responsive to our questions as we planned for our trip. Overall, we enjoyed it very much and appreciate the effort that the hosts made to provide an accommodating vacation spot!

Lovely little A Frame - quiet but close to the things we needed. Cozy and inviting. Very cute and would love to go back!

We have been coming to Necedah to hunt for years and have rented several houses in the past, the antlers nest is at the top. The house was clean, had all the amenities we needed. Was comfortable, spacious and exceeded our expectations. Kasia was great, quick to respond and worked with us on early checkin/late checkout. Overall a great house, property and experience, we will be renting again!

Its was safe and private but need updated with chairs and tables and need more cleen on the outside.

They were very responsive. The only part I would have changed would be the late check-in. It was 4pm, and it felt like a lot of the day was over with. They were very good about including a late check out due to this and I was very appreciative of that!! Questions were answered super fast! Clean place! Awesome amenities. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

This house was great for hosting a large group of people and provided plenty of amenities. We especially loved the covered porch off of the kitchen. Would come back with no hesitation to the property next time I have a large group getting together.

This was a great place to stay. On first pulling up the house looks small but once you open the doors - there is so much room! So many bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool table, foosball, and movie room were great bonuses that the kids (and adults) all loved. Thanks for a great stay

The house is exactly as described. We had a group of 12 in town for a golf weekend and really enjoyed the location, layout, and massive table. Highly recommend!

this property was perfect for our family retreat! it had all sorts of spaces accommodative to both adults and kids - and our dog - from the spacious yard and numerous dining areas to a game room, fire put, movie theater and more. the neighborhood was peaceful and welcoming, and made for some lovely walks in the surrounding nature. lastly, the host was *extremely* responsive both in advance of and during our trip, answering all of our questions, and even arranged for maintenance to retrieve a frisbee that landed on the roof. just a heads up - the bathrooms didn't come stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, so make sure to bring that yourself!

The house is great and there's lots of space to spread out. We had some issues with the HVAC and the staff was super responsive and helpful. We all got it figured out together. You need to bring all products for bathing/shampoo/conditioner. Also, need to bring your own laundry soap. The pool was fantastic fun for our crew! We'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything was exactly as described, the resort grounds are great, the house perfectly accommodated 5 families. We loved the deck, game area, firepit. Everything was clean and house was well stocked. We absolutely want to stay here again!
