Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cat Ba

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is in hills of Haiphong and it was great. The house itself is gorgeous and clean and has all amenities needed for cooking for yourself. It also has a great little pool and nice outdoor areas. Location-wise, the home was a 15 min walk from the town however it's at the top of a very steep hill, meaning walking to the town was fine, but we got Grabs back up afterwards. It was difficult to get Grabs to pick us up from our airbnb, maybe because it's on a new estate and so the taxi drivers were unfamiliar with the area. Haiphong is not very touristy & thus there weren't many available Grabs, even in the town. One trick we found was to go to the FLC hotel that is a 5 min walk away and order a taxi through their concierge. We also went to the rooftop bar there which was stunning. The area is quite the ghost town and even though the huge FLC hotel is right next door, we barely saw any tourists. Overall though, it was exactly what we needed/wanted!

Fantastic location for exploring a new city. The host gave us excellent suggestions for dining and activities. She was very kind, and had excellent communication.

We had a fantastic holiday at Hien's lovely property. Our trip was an international family get together rather than sightseeing holiday and the location was ideal for us. We had young kids with us so the local park and pool were really handy as well is the nearby beach. Hien was very helpful with organising the boat trip and local restaurant suggestions. Both sets of grandparents had a lovely time and the spacious property gave us lots of opportunity to spend quality time together. I would highly recommend the property and have no doubt that Hien is indeed a superhost! Thank you Hien for making our holiday so special :)

My friends and we stayed at this place for one night and this honestly was one of the best accommodation experiences in Asia in my life. Everything was so nice. The house is awesome! It feels like home. All rooms were clean and Jay prepared everything what we needed. Also he was open for our special requests, but we didn’t have one. Highly recommend this place in Ha Long! There are also many restaurants around, you can walk there - the surroundings are beautiful as well. Thank you Jay for this beautiful place!

Absolutely loved this apartment!! Great value for the price! Location is a little bit further away from the center (meaning 5-10 minutes by car/scooter), but close to the dock from where most boat/cruise tours take off, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. And of course the view is beautiful.

The room is VERY nice with a beautiful glass window for a great view. Foam was helpful and even arranged a car back to the airport for us. Thank you for everything.

Cat ba is a beautiful island, there where 6 of us looking for a place that would be nice and close to town and this fit the bill perfectly. you could stay in a hotel but when we looked at the reviews they were hit and miss so we went for an Airbnb and Minh's place did not disappoint. when we had questions they were answered remarkably quickly and when I asked if he could help us with the guide for the caves or what to do he gave us the taxi number or told us different places we can go or different options we have. honestly I would say this was well worth the money and everyone on the island we talked to were incredibly friend and nice. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a place to stay

Very luxurious and spacious apartment with a fantastic view of the sea and cat ba island. The apartment is quite new, and everything is clean and modern. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved lounging on the large balcony. While there isn't much to do in the immediate area, Ha Long town is a short drive away and the boat dock for catching a cruise is just a few minutes away by car. This is an ideal place to stay if you're looking for luxury during a stay in Ha Long.
