Apartment holiday rentals in Catalina Foothills

i was very pleased with my stay at his place. super clean and comfortable, my two weeks there felt like a few days. i can agree to the neighborhood being a little sketchy but we never had any issues. its quiet and private, the few times we saw people out during the day, they were all friendly. i do not recall hearing any dogs around as other people mentioned. i did get to hear the train a lot of times, but that was not an issue for me at all. we really enjoyed his place :)

Very nice accommodations. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Our group consisted of 4 women in our 60s and we were quite comfortable for the 3 nights there. We each had a bed to ourselves. We weren't able to locate any washcloths or hand towels there in the unit, so we bought some for our own use. Only salt, pepper and 2 flavors of coffee creamer and coffee maker provided, but no coffee or other food items. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms.

Safe, comfortable and easy to get to. I hope we get to stay here again in the future.

We were beyond pleased with our stay here. Jean Claude and Martha were fabulous hosts! The unit was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed for making homemade meals for our college student. We loved taking advantage of the pool too! The surroundings are peaceful and so very relaxing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Little Blue Room, which is actually a small apartment that’s very clean and comfortable, with off-street parking. The kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes, pots, and a coffee maker (with coffee, sugar and nondairy creamer). The patio is great for eating breakfast or night time drinks. It’s on the edge of town, so you do need to drive to restaurants, but some are very nearby and parking in Tucson is easy and often free. We didn’t use the washer/dryer but it’s a great bonus. Maria Elena is friendly and provides clear instructions. We would definitely stay again!

Trini’s place is wonderful, very clean, has almost everything you want or need for a stay. The location is great for privacy, but around the corner and down a block you’re on 4th Ave! Restaurants, bars , music. We love it. Coming ing in the evening my wife like the security lights with sensors, we have always felt safe Trini’s.

We had a great time at Bernardo's place at Greens Ventana. We have rented several condos at this community. The condo was clean and had great views. Bernardo was super flexible and allowed us to check in early. The only recommendation we have is to add more furniture (dressers in bedrooms). In addition, we had only 3 bath towels and 3 pool towels for 4 people-thankfully we packed our own towels, so it worked out. We would stay here again.

It’s lovely, the kitchen was huge for a studio. Easy parking, all appliances were brand new. The pictures do not do it justice! Lots of outdoor space, quiet & very clean. When I did text, Kyle responded immediately. It was wonderful. The laundry room has huge washers & dryers.

The location was perfect. I’m a morning walker and Sabino Canyon (a mile away) was my go to spot most mornings. Down the road (1/2 mile) was a busy shopping center with a nice grocery store and excellent choices for a good meal.

This is a very comfortable space with a great location, great views, private parking and good vibes.

It’s a great location to easily reach all of the Tucson’s sights and restaurants. If you like to walk, a light rail station (near the University of Arizona medical campus) is only a few blocks away making it an easy and convenient connection to downtown activities. We would stay here again!

A cute little house right off 4th Avenue is the perfect spot for a short or long stay in Tucson. There were plenty of towels, there's a desk to work at, the location is awesome, the back patio is a nice place to chill, and the rooms are good size. Everything was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to visit Tucson, especially if they are looking for a location that's walkable to downtown and 4th Avenue.

I had a fantastic stay at Liana’s home! It was so comfortable, homey, and clean and she and Jim were wonderful and the nicest hosts. They were so easy to communicate with and made me trip so much easier. They had all of the amenities you could need in a beautiful, quiet, but easily accessible location and I would absolutely 10/10 recommend their stay to anyone looking for a place in Oro Valley/Tucson area!

Our stay was prompted by the need for a spiritual retreat. As a pastor, there are times when the need arises to simply go away and hear from God. Selecting just the right place, at times, can be daunting. However, Adam's place was almost too good to be true! His place provided the most exceptional setting and atmosphere. The many different places available to go and meditate were phenomenal, and I was able to take advantage of them all. Adam's place also offered two opportunities for off-street parking, with one being gated. The cleanliness and serene atmosphere were second to none. I was especially taken with the use of a pour-over for my morning java. That was like having my own personal Starbucks. Also, the painting area was awesome. Without question on a scale of 1-5, I would offer a 10! This will from now on, when visiting Tucson, will be our designated go-to place, hands down! If you are looking for solitude, peace, and a restorative encounter, this is definitely the PLACE!

We loved our stay! We will definitely keep Josh’s place in mind when we visit again. We will certainly recommend this place to family and friends.

This is a unique place to stay. Located in the heart of densely vegetated desert... feels like an extension of Saguaro National Park. Peaceful and beautiful... ideal for a nature-based vacation. Fully shaded hot tub looks out into the desert. The studio was built by the host with great attention to functional detail and aesthetics. Host is extremely helpful, friendly and responsive.

This was a great condo to enjoy long hikes on the Rillito Trail with wonderful little cafes and shopping all in walking distance. There is so much to enjoy in Tucson and Anne’s condo was perfect for all our needs. The evening sunsets from the bench right outside our front door were wonderful.

Everything is clean and brand new. It's small patio has a great view of the mountains. Well stocked with utensils and everything needed for an extended stay.

We would highly recommend this place. It had everything you need to make your stay feel like home. We enjoyed the pool, the pickleball courts and the fact that amazing hiking trails (Sabino Canyon) were just a mile away. We made all of our own meals and found there were plenty of pots, dishes and cutlery. Having a balcony overlooking the nearby mountains was an added bonus! The bed was huge (must be a king) and very comfortable. We stayed for six nights and would have been happy staying for at least another week.

This place was great. We needed it in a pinch and were able to book the night before. It was a nice size and comfortable. Right in the neighborhood we needed to be in. The backyard and view were gorgeous. We didn’t find the bed to be hard like others mentioned. It was a firm memory foam. The walls were quite thin- we could hear the quiet neighbor upstairs walking around, and if you sit on the patio you can hear all the talking from inside the house. Also of note, if you have small kids, there’s a shower (no tub), and most the tabletops are glass. We had a small issue with the kitchen sink, and Pete was on it- repaired very quickly! We would definitely come back!

Very nice condo in the Catalina foothills area of Tucson. A very quiet complex, yet easily walkable to several restaurants, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and many other stores, plus just a few minutes drive from the heart of Tucson. Also, the host was very responsive and helpful when I contacted him requesting additional items for the condo. He clearly went above and beyond to accommodate me!
