Excellent location, very clean house. The host was able to drop by when we check in (as we wanted to) the place felt homey and lovely. Very friendly host welcoming us to the airbnb! Location wise, this airbnb is a hidden gem. Right smack in the middle of everything. Matched the description listed on airbnb. It was easy for us to get around everywhere and it doesn’t feel far at all! Grabdrivers always dropped us near the entrance of the airbnb so don’t worry! Very convenient for a group of us. My friends and I had our daily breakfast right opposite the airbnb (little hanoi egg coffee). There are plenty of cafes nearby. The house is very clean and spacious. We had a great time spending at the living room, watching netflix and chatting away. Best of all, the washing machine and dryer was the best thing we had!! Overall experience was excellent! We didn’t want to leave 😭

Lovely place to stay in Vietnam. 10/10

Super spacious and very aesthetically curated space! Conveniently located above an equally aesthetic cafe where you get coupons for drinks too. The AC here is a lifesaver (and maybe it's something about the set up of the room but sometimes it can even get too cold! A great problem to have as this was the only place throughout Vietnam where we found ourselves turning up the temp instead of wishing it could go down more). Can get a little noisy during the day if the cafe is busy since the window faces the courtyard where there's outdoor seating, but that is to be expected. Also, be aware that the spiral staircase going up is as narrow as it looks in photos! A bit of a struggle bringing larger-sized suitcases up, but it can be done. Overall an amazing stay with responsive hosts.

My family had a great stay at this condo. From the moment we entered, we were impressed with the spacious space, luxurious design and fully furnished. The private pool was very clean, the water was clear and cool, my whole house enjoyed taking a dip and relaxing every day. The professional pool table is also a big plus, helping people to have more moments of fun together.

Great spot and quiet location. Elevator was a game changer cause we have elders and a lot of luggage. The house keeper was such a sweetheart.

The apartment is convenient, spacious and very clean. We had a great time here . Happy host and enthusiastic guide. We will definitely be back on a near date.

We had a month long stay. City Garden is a treat. Inside its walls are a fantastic coffee shop, a gourmet grocery store, and other services. Our needs were well met here. Outside City Garden? You're in a thriving local commercial area. If you've never swam with a school of mopeds before, leave City Garden and you will share all transitable space with these nimble creatures. The contrast between City Garden's resort-like feel and the outside's busy is striking. It's a 15 minute trek to a nice river park for running (next to Kênh Nhiêu Lộc - Cầu Thị Nghè bridge). The apartment was comfortable and quiet for our needs. It looks like the pictures and it felt homey. IDG are WONDERFUL hosts. We met the owner, and there is clear pride and desire to see to the success of our stay. We were in a Homes by IDG property earlier, it didn't meet our 4+ week needs, and they worked with us to switch to this property. I can't say enough positive words. Thank you Phi, Konstantinos, and Homes by IDG.

We had 2 apartments booked and really liked the apartments and the location that it was situated in. The only thing I want to call out is that some elements of the apartment needed maintenance. Not anything major but just minor fixed. Also the master bedroom bathroom drainage is not great as there is a lot of water buildup when you shower. Need to find a solution for this. Other than this we loved the stay. Location is perfect. It's in District 3 and just the right distance away for the hustle and bustle of District 1.

Stayed for a week at this AirBNB. This is an incredible property. Thao Dien is a great walkable neighborhood, that compares well to my favorite lived-in urban communities in NYC and DC. Great restaurants. Great coffee nearby. A fantastic gourmet grocery store is STEPS from this rental. The traffic in the area is low to moderate. I felt safe running in the neighborhood. The unit's decor is updated some from the pictures. More plants. Nothing negative. It's very comfortable. The kitchenware is better than many vacation rentals. I liked the outdoor shower in the master bedroom. There are stairs to get into the building; but an elevator to get up to the unit. The street is quiet. Housekeeping came multiple times. Hosts were professional and responsive. We had two key cards provided right away. There is no dishwasher. There is a clothes washer in-unit; but no dryer. The basement garage has a dryer in it that we were invited to use. I would be happy with a long-term stay here.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the entire process seamless. The house was exactly as depicted in the pictures – spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail matched the listing description, and I couldn't be happier with my stay. We stayed at Mia & Ella's place for 4 days. The location is great, you are quickly in the city center. (Or takes a grave) Communication was super fast, helpful and friendly. The apartment is clean and there is also fast internet. We will be happy to come back !

Loved staying at this airbnb, it was perfect for a long stay with family. The bed & sofabed were very toddler friendly too. There were also a few cafes and minimarkets on the lobby which was a plus. Yoyo & Lala were very responsive on the questions we had. Thanks a lot for hosting us 😊

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

It was close to Lotte Mart, and it was good to take a taxi to Group 1. It was good value for money, and I was able to watch Netflix for free. I stayed in a good accommodation. Thank you.
