Great condominium with good structure , swimming pools , courts , park for children , facing the sea , restaurant with good food and good prices . I went to Cumbuco for a family outing: me, my wife and two children aged 16 and 27. The site we hosted fully matched our expectations! Easy to access and very quiet location. There is an excellent restaurant next door. Leonardo was a great host. I highly recommend it!

It was great! Perfect location, excellent beach and pool, nearby restaurants, clean and quiet space, excellent Muda and Angus bourgeois restaurants. I went with a husband and daughter and we enjoyed a lot even staying for a day. I highly recommend it! Only the breakfast that was not easy to find, most restaurants do not serve coffee. But in the center of the city you will find. The place is so wonderful that we did not have flexibility at check-in or at check-out, as there were already guests for next night.

The stay was very good. The house has a very beautiful outdoor area, very good pool and full barbecue space. My family and I loved the days we spent. The house is very close to the beach and a few minutes from the village of Cumbuco.

The house is very nice, especially the pool and deck part. Great to come with family. The only difference in the listing is that it's not 50 meters from the beach, but 150 meters away.

The house is super spacious, holds more than very well eight people. Beach access on foot, cleanliness and perfect structure. And the housekeepers 100% solicitous, Fabiana would always clean the house when we asked. My family and I feel at home and will bring great memories for sure. Only the sheets on the beds that were very thin, but for the beach heat of Ceará, it didn't affect anything.

The house is wonderful, spacious, clean and cozy me and my family had a great weekend. It is close to the beach, it is a short walk to the centre of Cumbuco. Everything was great and we'll definitely be back

The structure of the house is great. Everything clean and organized, has all the necessary utensils. Township of restaurants, super market, bakery, shops and the beach, you can walk. I found the two rooms on the front very hot, even with the use of the fans. I suggest thinking about putting air conditioning at least in these two. In addition, everything perfect, the house is great.

Wonderful apartment located in the Wai Wai complex right on the beach of Cumbuco, the kite surf hotspot of Brazil. Bedrooms (3) each with A/C and bathroom. Well secured "condominio" equipped with all facilities: swimming pool, fitness and spa room, bar, restaurant, cocktail bar, sports fields (tennis, football, volleyball). Beautiful daily well maintained tropical garden. Christmas and New Year & New Celebration at the beach with live performances of various bands, DJs, fireworks. Friendly staff. Along the sea you can walk to the center of Cumbuco. We'll be back next year!

The stay was great, the condominium has a large structure, pools, restaurant, sea view. The apartment is well worth the price we pay, comfortable and ventilated, in addition to being quite complete in terms of utensils and appliances.

I had the pleasure of staying at Wai Wai Cumbuco Organic House and couldn't be more satisfied. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well distributed, offering comfort and practicality. With three large bedrooms and four double beds, it is ideal for families or groups of friends. The location of the condominium is perfect, in a luxurious resort that provides an amazing experience. The monumental swimming pool is a standout, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the weather. This was my second time in this condominium and I can say that the experience was as good as the first one. I recommend it to everyone looking for a comfortable and sophisticated place to stay. I'll certainly be back!

The ap is exactly as described, it is very safe and comfortable. I missed some utensils, but Joelma arranged it quickly. The condominium is very beautiful and very quiet, I will come back more often.

The apartment was excellent, it met all expectations. Very close to the center, we did everything on foot. Casa was clean and with utensils that allowed us to cook. Room has working air-conditioning and the balcony has a nice hammock to rest. Pool is great, very beautiful. My only caveat is that the electric shower wasn't working. No ger, super recommend.
