Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cave Springs

This was the perfect place for us. We had 10 people in our group and having the ability to all be together, without stepping over each other, was great. The houses were very comfortable, the kitchens well stocked, and the beds were amazing! Katherine was very responsive to anything we needed. We hope to return to this beautiful space in 2026.

Mit has been fantastic in accomidating us. The place we just as advertised and has been a great resource for us to stay in comfort and privacy.

Tiffany and Doyle’s place was amazing! The location could not have been more perfect. So close to all the trails and to downtown. The house itself was also perfect. Our kids loved playing outside on the playhouse and the adults enjoyed lounging on the deck. The house was spacious and allowed us to make and enjoy meals. Overall, we could not have picked a better spot to spend spring break as a family. And the cherry on top of an already exceptional stay was when we realized we forgot our son’s watch after checkout - they so kindly retrieved and mailed it to us. Topnotch hospitality!

This was such a great location and house for visiting the area. It was close to everything we wanted to visit, but the woods and the lot gave it a peaceful, secluded feeling. We had plenty of space for our family to relax after a day on the trails. The house is welcoming and comfortable, and the hosts were very helpful.

The house was as described. It was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. I ended up sleeping in the swinging bed as I have back issues and a very firm surface is best for me. My travel companions indicated that they slept comfortably in the beds. Instructions were easy to understand and to follow. The kitchen has a variety of cookware to fit everyday needs. The extra touches to welcome our little dogs were great. It showed just how much the hosts try to make for a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area and the house is available.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was exactly as described. We had plenty of towels. The linens were nice. There were plenty of pillows. There were even items for the younger children including a pack n play, high chair and cups with lids. Amber was responsive to all questions. Our whole family was pleased, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful low-stress weekend.

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

We had a great stay at Gwen and Larry’s place! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect distance to walk to the football game at U of A. We’d definitely stay here again. ❤️

Exceptional Stay, Lifelong Friendships! My stay at Staci and Tyler’s Airbnb was far beyond my expectations! From the moment I arrived, their warmth and hospitality made me feel instantly at home. Communication was effortless, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, providing excellent recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was evident how much care Staci and Tyler put into making guests feel welcome. But what truly sets this experience apart is the lasting friendship I’ve built. Tyler and I now play weekly Tuesday night tennis with friends around NW Arkansas—a testament to the genuine connections they foster. This is the second time my wife and I have stayed here, and it was fantastic both times. Everything was very nice and very clean. Extremely well stocked with everything you could ever need. Snacks and drinks are also provided. Very comfortable bed, and we loved the shower and bathtub as well. Great communication. Always ready to provide anything you need, and very fast response times. Great location in downtown Bentonville. Very easy to walk to many great restaurants, shops, entertainment, and trails. We love this place, and we would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a great stay!

Very clean new build. Well furnished and spacious. The kitchen and stocked cookware and dishware were very handy to have. The location is convenient to several restaurants and to the highway. The price is right and there were essentially no cleaning requirements. I would recommend this over any of the hotels in the same area - it's cleaner, nicer, more affordable, and has the same (or better) amenities.

Hope to stay with Mark every time we’re in Bentonville. Great Host, and great location. It’s an easy walk to town for the RR part of your vacation, and an even easier ride to all of B’ville’s top MTB parks and trails. I’d highly recommend staying with Mark … hopefully not on the week(s) we want to stay there 😎

I had a very pleasant stay. This was not my first stay and it won't be my last! Easy check in, comfortable space, very convenient location to everything surrounding U of A, easy walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, and a very responsive host! Quite honestly, the price was very reasonable in comparison to other comparable properties. I will definitely stay again soon.

Very convenient location- close to every thing. Super cute decor! Friendly hosts :) A little loud at night- but that is to be expected on a busy street in a college town.

We stayed short notice, booking late night before our stay the following day. Michael answered questions quickly to allow us to be able to make a decision. We brought our dog, the main floor entry and patio makes it pet friendly. Supplies & amenities were included. Neighbors were quiet. Location is super easy to access, right up the street from BV Country Club & Tanyard Creek.

Great location, huge open space! For a family trip with two small babies it was perfect.

The location was absolutely prime. We frequent the BV area and will be coming back. The BVCC is right next door with great food, and if you are looking for a good challenging course there are plenty in the area. Well done Nels!
