Typical Caribbean wooden building, with a touch of modern, European style and with a warm and special Italian welcome. Every private room ( 2 people ) has a Queen size bed and a private bathroom with a big shower. You will also find a fridge ( filled up with fresh water every day ), a fun, a little wardrobe, a kettle , AC ( included ) and a private porch looking to a shared garden. REMEMBER: at the check-in you will pay the 9% Tourism Belize tax. REMEMBER that the structure has 7 rooms !!!

This villa is one of 8 units on a beach property called Island Magic Villas, located on the north side of Caye Caulker. It is located across 'The Split' which means it is only accessible by boat. There is a public ferry that makes trips across to the village all day long. Guests can walk, ride the resort's golf cart, or bike approximately a third of a mile from the property to the ferry at the split. The property has a large swimming pool, and a full service restaurant an beach bar.

Located in Tropical Paradise Hotel. Locally owned and operated. Small Hotel with friendly Staff on Caye Caulker. Swimming Pool on Property. This room has a view of the Sea and walk out to Swimming Pool, it has AC, TV, Coffee Maker, and Fridge. 2 Double Beds and Private Bath. It is spacious as well. The Room number is just a reference and not the exact room number you will receive, but for sure you will get the same room description you book.
