Nice fisherman's house 100m from the ocean

Nice renovated, bright little fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few meters from the beach. A stone's throw from shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but be careful in July and August our seaside resort is very lively and our little house is lost in its tranquility. Ideal for a couple with 2 children, we do not accept more than 4 people. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

Apartment ideally placed on the first line at the Pointe de l 'Aiguillon close to the shops of the Aiguillon district. You will enjoy a lovely 85 m2 apartment refurbished, with a balcony for your lunches facing the Basin. At the foot of the apartment is a small beach and an oyster hut where you can taste oysters and shellfish. Arcachon city center is a 5 min drive as well as the train station .
