Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cebu City

The place was really great. The price-performance ratio was great. The host was always easy to reach and helped us with all concerns. There are many opportunities to do something on foot in the area and it's close to Mactan Newton. The property is everything you need. A fully equipped kitchen that I have never seen in any accommodation and also a entertainment program. Would come back in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay and the massager chair with the coffee espresso was our favorite. Almost everything you will need has been provided. I am thankful that Florabel and Ronah were responsive in all our communications. One suggestion will be if they can put a shower curtain in their bath tub since it make the bathroom flooring slippery. My mother had to be careful here. Overall, I will definitely come back here. Cozy house in the middle of a busy Philippine neighborhood. The house had a stove which is rare in homes ive rented in my previous trips. the living area had a nice couch that can be converted into a bed if you want to stay at home and watch movies. i was able to get grab food, groceries and a ride with no trouble. the air conditioning was available in each room which made the warm weather bearable for someone from the colder climates. the refridgerator worked well and the bathroom was stocked with everything i needed. will stay again when i come back.

it is more convenient to have a car. since it quite confusing to find the exact loc. but the place , the host are perfect!

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. To sum up, it’s a precious travel to me and our friends the main part of reason because we lived in this house. Thank you very much🌹🌹🌹

Very satisfied. The host is friendly and clean. The location of the entrance to the village is not exactly coming out of Google, so it would be nice to adjust it a little bit.

I'm just soooo happy to have found a place for big groups! We had our wedding in Cebu, and finding a place where all our relatives could stay together, instead of booking multiple units, was a huge plus since we had more than 10 people. Ma'am Jen was so responsive, even sa laing platform. She made sure to reach out, from before the scheduled booking all the way to the day of check-in. Her assistant was also very accommodating. Although we didn’t get to stay at the house, we visited, and it really felt like home, even just from seeing it. It made us wish we had a house like that! And the kids had so much fun running around in the front yard because it's so spacious! Will definitely book again! ☺️☺️

Hiram's abode is truly amazing! No wonder why it's booked 100% 30 times a month❣️The host is very responsive to my concerns. There was a time when I told him about the problem with the kitchen sink and he immediately dispatched a repairman first hour the following day! That's 100% customer satisfaction🥳. Leizl (the caretaker) and her crew were still doing some " final touches" when we arrived almost around 1600H. They were all friendly and have vibrant smiles. She did a quick house tour, enough for us to know the basics around the house. All rooms are with AC, including the sala/kitchen area. The only thing that needs improvement might be the wattage of the lightings. I would say that there was something to improve on the illumination particularly in the dining area and bedrooms. Nevertheless, everthing is great! And oh, there's no bidet spray in the bathroom😉

Great size and perfect location

Great place to stay in Cebu and worth the price. Minimalist design, free of clutter and very cozy. Balcony was also perfect since you can see CCLEX from there. Just some concerns (although they really didn't affect our stay so much) that might be improved on for future guests-- the sink was smelly, when we got in the first time, we smelled the stench right away and it always smells whenever we use the sink, might have something to do with the building's plumbing not really the owner.. Then next is the internet connection, we can use it for FB messenger but we're unable to watch videos on our phones and watch Netflix on TV. We didn't complain because everything was bearable. Just sharing it here to set expectations especially for those who are planning to work remotely. Overall, it was still a great stay. We'll surely go back, we loved the bathroom so much. 100% for the unit's aesthetics. The owner was very responsive and always available whenever we had concerns or questions. 💜

Perfect for a layover in Cebu! Nice restaurants and supermarket nearby by foot. Nice kitchen, living area & bedroom, Netflix included. We liked it a lot. Cute pool and small gym. You can buy 5 gallon water for 50p and 150p deposit in the lobby. Owner was very cute and helped us immediately when we had questions. Everything very clean, but bathroom would need deep cleaning and we had to wash some dishes before use, but no problem for us. 100% recommend, we would come again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! While it's not located on one of the highest floors, the comfort more than made up for it. The host was incredibly nice, super responsive, and proactive in ensuring I had a pleasant experience. One feature I especially loved was the working station in the room—definitely a big plus for anyone who needs a comfortable space to get work done. As a digital nomad, this setup helped me find the perfect balance of productivity and comfort during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its comfort, thoughtful design, and excellent hosting!

Good value for this cozy studio. Building is very secure. Mall and restaurants a quick 5 min walk. Check in was tricky. Instructions could be more clear.

There were many special touches; French Press coffee, ease at feedback and quick turnaround times. Best cooking devices of any place I’ve stayed in Cebu. The complex is growing, yet relatively quiet (normal locals blasting music, sometimes it’s quite good), fires burning at times, and truly the only times I closed windows for A/C over fan and awesome breezes (higher corner unit). The grounds have some places to eat near Towers 203-205, a 7-Eleven, spacious grounds, pool never too crowded (mornings-weekday). My tower’s 1st floor people sell larger weekly water, return for your deposit. No complaints!! Jhoana and Saekyung Phase 305 was the BEST!!

Wonderful view and Grace was an amazing host. She was very friendly and if we needed anything, she was right there to assist us.
